Early WWE Elimination Chamber 2024 Match Card Predictions
WWE travels to Perth, Australia, on February 24 for Elimination Chamber, the final premium live event on the Road to WrestleMania 40.
The first show of this magnitude to be broadcast live from Down Under will feature top stars looking to solidify their place at The Showcase of the Immortals and others seeking to continue telling their stories.
Rhea Ripley is one such Superstar, and the women's world champion figures to be at the top of the card in her home country on one of the biggest nights of her career.
Who will Mami clash with and which other contests with WrestleMania 40 implications might fans see?
Find out with these early Elimination Chamber match card predictions.
Elimination Chamber for Shot at Women's World Championship
1 of 4Predicted participants: Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan vs. Natalya vs. Indi Hartwell vs. Zoey Stark vs. Shayna Baszler
With the World Heavyweight and Undisputed WWE Universal Championship pictures seemingly settled, and women's Royal Rumble winner Bayley choosing to challenge Iyo Sky at WrestleMania 40, the only major title picture not yet decided involves Rhea Ripley's Women's World Championship.
A top contender must be decided and with no other obvious option for Elimination Chamber, we can expect the top challenger to be determined inside the steel structure.
Becky Lynch is the most obvious winner here and the biggest star on the Raw women's roster, while Natalya is a veteran competitor adored by fans and has earned her spot in these specialty matches. Ripley's fellow Aussie, Indi Hartwell, has never had an opportunity to compete in a contest of this magnitude since joining the main roster.
Liv Morgan was the runner-up in the women's Royal Rumble match on her return from injury, and Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark would bring a heel presence to the bout.
Regardless of who take part, though, it feels like the setting to crown Lynch as the contender and start her road back to the WrestleMania main event.
Undisputed WWE Tag Team Title: Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne vs. Judgment Day
2 of 4Finn Bálor and Damian Priest have dominated as tag team champions, repeatedly finding ways to retain against competition ranging from Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens to DIY's Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa.
The Judgment Day members will defend in Perth against the winners of a three-match series to crown new No. 1 contenders.
Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne have already cashed their ticket to the No. 1 Contender match, after defeating Pretty Deadly, LWO and Legado del Fantasma on Friday's SmackDown.
On Monday's Raw, DIY, Imperium's Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci, The Creed Brothers and The New Day will compete for the chance to battle Dunne and Bate.
Any team could win and advance to Elimination Chamber, but Triple H and WWE Creative have invested time and energy into reintroducing Dunne, and The Bruiserweight forms a tandem consisting of the two best wrestlers in the field alongside Bate.
Booking them against Bálor and Priest elevates their legitimacy in the eyes of fans who may not know the history that exists between the British pair or why they should be considered one of the best teams in the company.
It also provides the show with a potential early Match of the Year candidate, which is always nice to have before WrestleMania.
United States Championship No Disqualification Match: Kevin Owens vs. Logan Paul
3 of 4Kevin Owens came within one second of winning the United States Championship from Logan Paul at the Royal Rumble before referee Ryan Tran saw a pair of brass knuckles on his hand and called for a disqualification.
The outcome cost KO another run with the title he first held nearly a decade ago. If the latest episode of SmackDown was any indication, though, he and Paul are not finished yet.
The YouTuber's next challenger will be named on this Friday's edition of the blue brand, but don't be surprised if Owens gets another shot at the title, this time in a No Disqualification match.
That gives fans in Perth another high-stakes gimmick bout, lets Owens and Paul intensify the action and offers the popular babyface an "out" when the social media star manages to escape with his reign intact.
Based on what they accomplished at the Royal Rumble, there will be greater expectations for Owens and Paul on Feb. 24. And if they are allowed to exercise their creativity, they should manage to surpass them.
Women's World Championship: Rhea Ripley vs. Nia Jax
4 of 4Rhea Ripley won the Women's World Championship (then the SmackDown Women's Championship) from Charlotte Flair at last year's WrestleMania. Since then, she has seen her star rise.
At Elimination Chamber, the 27-year-old returns home to her home country to defend her title in what may well be the night's main event. She is destined to receive an overwhelmingly positive reaction from fans who view her as a conquering hero, so why fight it?
WWE Creative will look to the most over and traditional heel in the Raw women's division to challenge her: Nia Jax.
The Irresistible Force got the best of Ripley last Monday on Raw, establishing dominance in the wake of her impressive women's Royal Rumble performance. She is doing the best work of her career and is thriving under a new creative regime in a way she never quite did during her initial run.
A main event against Ripley would pay off a return that has exceeded expectations. There may be no chance she wins the title, but the match should be fun and the crowd heat will be off the charts.
Ripley wins (obviously), but Jax sees her star rise in the process.
