Peter King: Mahomes, Chiefs to Practice at Raiders Facility for Super Bowl vs. 49ers
The Kansas City Chiefs will venture into enemy territory as they prepare for Super Bowl LVIII.
NBC Sports' Peter King noted the Las Vegas Raiders have to open their doors for the Chiefs because the NFL mandates an AFC host team to allow the use of its facilities to the conference's Super Bowl representative.
King wrote "the Raiders have to be vomitous" with the idea.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮
The rivalry between the Chiefs and Raiders dates all the way back to their time in the AFL, before the league merged with the NFL. The teams have met 130 times between the regular season and playoffs.
Las Vegas' general downturn over the last 20 years has done little to dampen the bad blood.
Then-Raiders head coach Jon Gruden instructed the team's bus driver to take a "victory lap" around Arrowhead Stadium after a 2020 victory. Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Las Vegas defensive end Maxx Crosby have forged a rivalry within the rivalry.
The Raiders announced in December 2021 they would host Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium. The hope then was that the franchise might build a strong enough squad to compete for a title in its own venue.
Now letting the Chiefs use its practice facilities after it missed the playoffs is just about the worst-case scenario for Las Vegas.
