While Tom Brady has reached GOAT status as a football player, not many know that he was drafted by MLB's Montreal Expos in 1995.
Now, his baseball career has come back into light after his Expos card sold for $158,600, breaking the record for an Expos card sale by more than $100,000. The card is autographed by Brady and is a one-of-one.

Before spending four years at Michigan, Brady was drafted in the 18th round of the 1995 MLB draft by the Expos, who are now the Washington Nationals, out of high school. Obviously, Brady opted to stick with football, and it's safe to say that worked out for him.
In a 2022 interview on The Dan Patrick Show, Brady said while he enjoyed baseball, football was the better choice for him.
"I'd be selling insurance," Brady said. "Baseball was not my sport. I loved it, but football was the one I chose for a reason. Although I did love baseball, it was a great sport, especially growing up in Californiaโฆ That was my first love and then once I started playing football it was game over."
While Brady's baseball career was short-lived, the memory of it will live on through the pricey card.
