
Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase Shades Chiefs When Asked to Reveal Super Bowl 58 Pick
After squaring off in the AFC Championship Game the past two years, Ja'Marr Chase would prefer not to see the Kansas City Chiefs get back to the Super Bowl.
Appearing on SportsCenter, the Cincinnati Bengals star said "anybody but the Chiefs" when asked who he thinks is going to play in Super Bowl 58.

The Bengals reached the Super Bowl two years ago with a 27-24 overtime victory over the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium.
In the rematch one year later, Kansas City got revenge with a 23-20 win on Harrison Butker's 45-yard field goal with three seconds remaining. There were several controversial moments with the officials during the game, including one that effectively amounted to a do-over for the Chiefs because of a clock error after the Cincinnati defense got a stop on 3rd-and-9.
Bengals cornerback Eli Apple was called for holding on the make-up play, giving the Chiefs a first down. Even though the Chiefs would end up punting later in the drive, it did allow them to take another minute off the clock when the score was tied at 20.
Chase has continued to stoke the flames of the rivalry between these two teams. He famously dissed Mahomes by asking "Pat who?" in response to a discussion about the best quarterbacks in the NFL last summer.
Joe Burrow's injuries, including one to his wrist that ended his season after Week 11, robbed fans of the opportunity to potentially see a third playoff matchup between these two teams this year.
The Chiefs beat the Bengals 25-17 in Week 17 to clinch the AFC West title for the eighth consecutive season. Chase only had three receptions for 41 yards in that game.
Kansas City will host the Miami Dolphins in an AFC Wild Card game on Saturday as it looks to get back to the Super Bowl for the fourth time in the past five seasons.
