2012 NFL Mock Draft: Latest Stock Watch for Justin Blackmon and Top WRs
Did Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon put on a show in the Fiesta Bowl last night or what?
He surely demonstrated to America that his body is NFL-ready and he plays with the type of fire we saw from Terrell Owens during his illustrious career.
After the 41-38 overtime win, Blackmon made up his mind about whether or not he would enter the NFL draft.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Let's take a look at where his stock currently stands and the rest of the nation's top wideouts.
Justin Blackmon, Oklahoma State
In four games against top-15 opponents, Blackmon totaled 42 catches, 607 yards and six touchdowns. What does that tell you about him?
He's a big-play receiver that doesn't disappear in the spotlight.
Blackmon's sculpted 6'1'', 215-pound frame makes him an ideal possession receiver at the next level. After watching him snap the ball out of the air in tight coverage against Stanford's secondary and bounce off would-be tacklers, it's obvious he can make catches over the middle when it matters most.
He also demonstrated his yards-after-the-catch ability and red-zone viability.
Stock Up—Top Five
Alshon Jeffery, South Carolina
Jeffery was a menacing and overpowering force against Nebraska and fellow first-round prospect Alfonzo Dennard in the Gamecocks' Capital One Bowl win.
He caught four passes for 138 yards and reeled in a touchdown on a Hail Mary at the end of the first half.
At 6'4'' and 225-pounds, Jeffery might be the the only more physically intimidating receiver in the country than Blackmon but that doesn't necessarily mean he's a better prospect.
Some character issues were brought to the forefront in Jeffery's impressive performance. He got into a fight with Dennard in the second half and was ejected from the game.
Not exactly the last bit of tape you want NFL GM's and head coaches to see.
Stock Steady—Top 10
Nick Toon, Wisconsin
Toon isn't as athletically gifted as Blackmon or Jeffery, but he's undoubtedly a big target. He stands 6'3'' and weighs in at a respectable 220-pounds.
He was Russell Wilson's favorite target in the Rose Bowl, catching nine passes for 104 yards with a score and displayed to scouts that he can make plays on shallow, intermediate and the occasional deep route.
The senior receiver has decent speed, quickness and soft hands,
Toon is a technician, the epitome of an over-acheiver, a guy who simply runs crisp routes and finds openings in zone coverage.
