Masters Par 3 Tournament 2023: Date, Tee Times, Live-Stream Info and Preview
April is here, and that means Augusta National Golf Club is about to become the center of the golfing world once again with the Masters Tournament set to get going this week.
And with the return of the sport's biggest stage comes one of the most beloved traditions of the week: the Masters Par 3 Tournament.
Although it's a competition including some of the best players on the planet, the Par 3 is a more laid-back and lax environment that allows the golfers to have fun along with their families.

Fans will often get to see some of the player's kids or other family members serving as their caddies, making for a memorable experience for all involved.
The tournament started back in 1960, and its past winners include legends like Arnold Palmer, Sam Snead (the inaugural winner), Tom Watson and Vijay Singh.
Last year's edition finished in a tie for just the third time ever, with Canadians Mackenzie Hughes and Mike Weir taking home the title.
Here's everything you need to know about the 2023 Masters Par 3 Tournament.

Described as "part competition, part stress relief," the Par 3 tournament helps golfers unwind a bit ahead of the biggest tournament of the calendar year that has the ability to immortalize whoever puts on the green jacket Sunday.
The event is filled not only with golfers who are competing but also people who won the tournament in the past. Jack Nicklaus, who retired in 2005, continued to compete in the Par 3 for years afterward.
The six-time Masters champion last participated in 2019, though he's since chosen not to continue.
With each of the holes being so short, it's not rare for a few holes-in-one to be seen throughout the competition, making for some of the most memorable moments in Augusta.
Since its inception, there have been 94 holes-in-one, including a record nine made in 2016.
The Par 3 consists of nine holes, each ranging between 70 to 140 yards, and the player with the lowest score is declared the winner. However, some participants choose to not even keep score, preferring to do it just for fun.
Incredibly, no one who has ever won the Par 3 has gone on to win the Masters in that same year, allowing some other golfers to get some shine for part of the week.
