There may not be many playoff tickets up for grabs any more, but there's still plenty to be sorted out in both conferences.

In the AFC, the Bills can clinch the top seed with a win Monday over the Bengals and in Week 18 against the Patriots. Cincinnati, meanwhile, could get the top spot with wins over Buffalo and Baltimore and a Kansas City loss in Week 18. Finally, the Chiefs can snag it by beating the Raiders in Week 18 and having the Bills lose a game.

The AFC South crown—and the No. 4 seed—is down to the Jaguars and Titans. The two teams will tangle in Week 18. The winner takes all, while a tie would give it to Jacksonville. The AFC North belongs to the Bengals if they win one of their next two games. But if Cincy loses Monday night, Baltimore could still wrest it away with a head-to-head win in Week 18.

Meanwhile, four teams remain in the mix for the wild card. The Patriots are in the driver's seat, as a win over the Bills in Week 18 would be enough to lock down the spot. Losses by both the Jets and Steelers would also give it to New England.

If the Patriots lose, the Dolphins could get in by beating the Jets. The Steelers have a shot if they beat the Browns and have both the Dolphins and Patriots lose. The Jaguars, finally, could wind up as the wild card if they lose to the Titans and all three of the Dolphins, Patriots and Steelers lose in Week 18.

Over in the NFC, the No. 1 seed could go one of three ways. The Eagles control their destiny, as the spot is theirs with a win over the Giants. Lose that game, though, and San Francisco could snag it with a win over Arizona. The Cowboys, meanwhile, could still get it by beating the Commanders if both the Eagles and 49ers falter in Week 18.

The NFC East crown would also belong to Philly with a win. However, if the Eagles lose their third straight game and the Cowboys beat the Commanders, then Dallas takes the division—and Philadelphia plummets to the No. 5 seed.

The final wild-card spot has three teams in the running: the Packers, Lions and Seahawks. Green Bay would take it with a Week 18 win over Detroit. If Green Bay loses, then Seattle can get it with a win over the Rams. Finally, the Lions are in with a win in Green Bay and a Seattle loss.
