Fantasy Football Week 6 Rankings: Top Pickups After Latest Injuries
There are quite a few big-name NFL players who are currently dealing with injuries. Some of them won't be healthy enough to suit up for Week 6 action. And because of that, the fantasy football landscape will be impacted by their absences.
When a starting running back or wide receiver is out, it can greatly hurt a fantasy football manager's lineup. Unless they either have strong depth on their roster, or they can head to the waiver wire and pick up the player who will be getting an increased opportunity because of the injury situation.
With some key players likely to be out this weekend, here are updated Week 6 flex rankings and several potential top waiver-wire targets for fantasy managers to consider.

Eno Benjamin, RB, Arizona Cardinals
2 of 4
If Eno Benjamin is still available in your league, pick him up immediately. Because the 23-year-old running back is in line for a big workload in the Cardinals' offense on Sunday.
Arizona is going to be without top RBs James Conner (ribs) and Darrel Williams (knee), who have both already been ruled out for its Week 6 road matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. That means the Cardinals will lean heavily on Benjamin in the contest.
Benjamin scored his first touchdown of the year in Arizona's Week 5 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, as he matched a season high with 11 touches. He should get plenty more opportunities this week, which could lead to a big day for him.
It will help that the Cardinals are facing the Seahawks, who are allowing an NFL-high 170.2 rushing yards per game. So not only is Benjamin a must-add player, but he's a must-start player for Week 6.
Devin Duvernay, WR, Baltimore Ravens
3 of 4
For the second week in a row, the Ravens will be without their top wide receiver, as Rashod Bateman will miss Sunday's game vs. the New York Giants because of a foot injury. Due to his absence, Devin Duvernay should again get plenty of passes thrown his way by quarterback Lamar Jackson.
Duvernay set season highs in catches (five) and targets (seven) in Baltimore's Week 5 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. He also had three rushing attempts while finishing with 78 total yards, his most in a game this year.
This Ravens-Giants matchup has the potential to be a competitive game, so both teams could be passing the ball late. So that should help Duvernay rack up some yardage and possibly get into the end zone for the first time since Week 3.
Expect Duvernay to have a solid performance that could feature a touchdown, putting him in flex consideration for fantasy managers this week.
Darius Slayton, WR, New York Giants
4 of 4
The Giants' receiving corps continues to be banged up. Kenny Golladay (knee) and Kadarius Toney (hamstring) have already been ruled out for Week 6. And rookie Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) is questionable for New York's game against Baltimore.
Last week, Darius Slayton stepped up and had his best showing of the season. He had six catches for 79 yards in a win over the Green Bay Packers, after he entered the game with only one reception on the season.
Slayton should be heavily involved in the Giants' offense again this week, especially if Robinson is sidelined. Quarterback Daniel Jones will need to throw the ball to somebody, and Slayton has proven he can make an impact when given the opportunity.
Considering Slayton is available in nearly all fantasy leagues, he's a great last-minute pivot option if you're a manager waiting to see if an injured player is going to suit up this week.
