One of the most exciting moments in the NHL is when a goalie makes a fantastic save and robs the opponent of a certain goal.

The first few months of the 2011-12 season have been full of great saves made by top goalies like Tim Thomas and backups like Ben Scrivens.

Some made unbelievable athletic moves to save the puck, and some got a little lucky. Either way, these saves are awesome.
