Join Gibbs & Jon Fromi as they break down the Chicago Blackhawks each and every week.

The Hawks took on the defending Stanley Cup champion, Boston Bruins at home before hitting the road for matchups against the Coyotes and Avs. How did they do?

Viktor Stalberg came off the IR to make his season debut against Boston. Will he be able to provide some offensive punch to that fourth line?

After suffering a mysterious injury Hossa missed the Boston game but returned against Phoenix. Will Hossa ever be healthy?

In a surprise move Ben Smith was sent down to Rockford while Jeremy Morin appeared in his first game since January for the Icehogs. Jon will update us on what is going on in Rockford. Who might be the first guy called up from a very deep Icehogs team?

The third line of Dave Bolland, Michael Frolik and Bryan Bickell continue to play amazing. Can they keep this up all season? Also if Bolland can stay healthy could a Selke Trophy be in his future?

The upcoming week is very light with only two games with both at home against the Avs and Ducks. With a few more games under their belt what do we think about this team?

Also statues of Stan Mikita and Bobby Hull are going to be unvieled on Friday. Who might be the next former Hawk to be honored?

Jon is a featured columnist for the Blackhawks on as well as adding game recaps on for the upcoming season.

Gibbs has been blogging about all the Chicago teams for years and you can find all his work on the show’s home and make sure to follow him on Twitter @dachicagofan for all his rants off the air.
