Goalie masks have really evolved over the years, and players have gotten so creative with their designs.

A lot of thought is put into making these masks, and goalies will spend a lot of money to get the design of their dreams.

A goalie's mask is very important to him, which makes the designs on these masks so detailed and personal.

Let's take a look at 33 of the coolest masks in NHL history.

Kelly Hrudey

Former Los Angeles Kings goalie Kelly Hrudey was one of the few goalies to wear a bandana under his helmet, but the mask he has here is pretty cool.
