Thursday (10/28): The Rangers made their second call-up of the week, this time it was Evgeny Grachev.
Friday (10/29): The Rangers lost their second game in a row, this time to the Carolina Hurricanes. It was a back-and-forth game for the Rangers and Hurricanes, but in the end, the ‘Canes came out victorious, 4-3.
Saturday (10/30): Last night the Rangers played the Toronto Maple Leafs for the third time this month. The Leafs won the first game, the Rangers the second game, and then again last night. Henrik Lundqvist played very well in goal for the Rangers, leading them to a shut-out victory (2-0), while Ryan Callahan continued his four-game goal streak (six-game point streak), and Brandon Prust was a goal away from a rare “Gordie Howe Hat Trick.” Overall, the Rangers played a terrific game.
