Friday, October 8, 2010.

- Canucks re-assigned Cody Hodgson, Eddie Lack and Lee Sweatt to the Manitoba Moose.

- Canucks re-called LW Jeff Tambellini, G Cory Schneider, C Alexandre Bolduc today.

- However, Bolduc left practice this morning with ice on his left hand, questionable for Saturday night's game.

- Ryan Parent cleared waivers after being traded from the Nashville Predators. He can spend 10 games, or 30 days with the Canucks before having to be assigned to the farm team Moose. Canucks want to see what they have in Parent. Quality work by Mike Gillis is it not?

- Canucks said they will be $300,000 over the cap, and Alex Burrows will be placed on LTIR and officially activate Peter Schaefer at 2:00pm today. A lot of juggling in front of us.

- Hodgson is ready to play and have fun on the ice this year with the Manitoba Moose
