Report: New York Jets OT D'Brickashaw Ferguson Looking for a New Contract
The 2010 offseason has been an exciting one for the Jets. Coming off a run to the AFC Championship game, a lot of changes were made for Gang Green.
Veteran LaDainian Tomlinson and former Pro Bowl cornerback Antonio Cromartie were added to this young, rising Jets roster.
The Jets were known last year for having the league's best defense, along with a dominant running game and a great offensive line.

Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
Speaking of offensive linemen, it seems one of the young starters—a former first-round pick, to be exact—is looking for a new contract.
That man is D'Brickashaw Ferguson. Ferguson has recently changed agents, according to Pro Football Talk , which has resulted in him eyeing a new deal.
Though no word has come from the Jets yet, there is some question about a new deal.
Is Ferguson ready to complete a blockbuster deal? As a rookie he signed a six-year, $37.5 million contract, which would satisfy most rookies.
The Jets refused to give raises to Thomas Jones and Leon Washington. Will the front office change its tune, knowing one of their younger stars is looking for a new deal?
We are likely to hear something from the Jets front office within the next few days, as we can gather more information to truly see if a deal can actually get done during this offseason.
