How the Cavaliers WILL Overcome the Loses of Mo and Delonte
Until Thursday, the Cavs have been the most fortunate team in the NBA. They had a balanced schedule, more road games, but now they have a lot of home games to finish off the season. Now, they have their first and second point guards injured. How will they overcome it?Now, the Cavaliers will need to include Daniel Gibson in the rotation. He is the Cavs best 3PT shooter, so shooting won't be a problem. But he isn't as much as a ballhandler as Mo or Delonte. Daniel Gibson came into the league with medium expectations. Everyone knew he could shoot, so he had to perform to that. All he had to prove is that he could play in the clutch(which he proved in the 2007 playoffs) and that he could create his own shots. He has yet to answer the second question, now that he has been given the opportunity, how will he fare? Lets break the lineup down:
PG: Daniel Gibson
SG: Anthony Parker
SF: LeBron James
PF: JJ Hickson
C: Shaq
Overall, we gain shooting in the starting lineup, now we have a lineup, where the number 2 and number 4 3PT shooters in the NBA are starting, while we have Jawad Williams off the Bench, so the only thing that is in question is the bench. The bench has been spectacular the whole season, but now we are back to being with out Delonte, so lets see how it goes.
