This weekend, the undefeated New Orleans Saints (5-0) square off against the Miami Dolphins (2-3). Although the Dolphins' record doesn’t look that great, they are a better team than their record would indicate.

They dominated the ball against the Colts a few weeks back and amazingly lost even though the Colts only had the ball for 15 minutes the entire game. They are a tough team, and this should be a good game to watch. As far as Free NFL Football Picks go, what should we watch for in this one?

On the Saints side of the ball, it's all about offense. Drew Brees has been the best quarterback in the league so far this year. His high-flying aerial attack is hard for anyone to stop, even with a good defense like Miami has.

The offense the Saints employ is designed to spread you out and create space. They have some talented receivers in Marques Colston, Robert Meachem, Devery Henderson, and Lance Moore. They also have a pretty good tight end in Jeremy Shockey.

Out of the backfield, they have a trio of running backs in Pierre Thomas, Reggie Bush, and Mike Bell that can all be effective. This is one offense that you don’t want to mess with. They are actually on pace to break the all-time NFL record for points scored in a season.

For the Dolphins, it's all about the wildcat formation and bleeding the clock. They have revolutionized the wildcat formation and made it very difficult to defend. So far this season, they are averaging seven yards per carry out of the formation. Anytime your team is putting up seven yards per carry, you know you’re doing something right.

You can win a lot of games with production like that. Look for the Dolphins to try and slow the game down so that they can compete with the high-flying Saints.
