Twitter Roasts Training Camp Photo of Rays' Colby Rasmus and His Neckbeard
Not afraid of standing out on a new team, Colby Rasmus entered the Tampa Bay Rays' training camp sporting some noteworthy facial hair.
Even Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck would likely consider the look to be a bit much, so it was no surprise that Twitter users quickly jumped at the chance to tease the outfielder's bizarre chin fluff.

Those hoping to see his beard in spring training will be disappointed, however. The Rays' Twitter account posted a photo of a clean-shaven Rasmus on Wednesday:
MLB fans struggling to envision a less attractive sight than his short-lived beard need only look at his 2016 .206/.286/.355 slash line with the Houston Astros. If he returns to the slugger who blasted 25 home runs in 2015, Rays fans shouldn't mind some unseemly hairstyle choices.
