Klay Thompson's Dad Watched WWE Raw in Lieu of GSW-OKC Game 7

There are surely sports fans out there who can appreciate where Mychal Thompson was coming from. He was simply too nervous to watch his son, Klay Thompson, compete in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals on Monday night. 

As the Golden State Warriors fought their way to a 96-88 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder, the elder Thompson, a former NBA center and power forward, watched WWE Raw instead.

Thompson revealed that little nugget on his ESPN radio show, Thompson & Trudell, on Tuesday, per Dan Carson of FoxSports.com and Diamond Leung of the Bay Area News Group: 

Klay scored 21 points on 7-of-19 shooting (6-of-11 from three) in the Warriors' win.
