TNA’s 2014 trip to the United Kingdom will feature the second Joker’s Wild One Night Only pay-per-view, and the excitement surrounding the unpredictable event has wrestling fans all over the world ready for the action.

The PPV is a one-of-a-kind event that features a first round comprised of tag teams chosen at random. This could be current tag team partners lucky enough to be chosen as teammates once again or longtime rivals forced to work together with the common goal of making it to the next round.

Full Preview and Prediction

TNA’s One Night Only PPV series hasn’t been the instant success that the company had hoped, but the events are now being booked better and with the long-term implications in mind.

That’s why Joker's Wild II will be the best yet.

With some of the biggest stars in Impact Wrestling scheduled to be at this show, the possibilities for the random tag team draws are endless. While it would be too difficult to predict the teams, it’s a safe assumption that wrestlers with long-standing and well-known rivalries will be pitted against each other.

Even more interestingly, fans may see former tag teams that were split up by tension once again reforming. Look for a team like Beer Money—a duo comprised of James Storm and Bobby Roode—to begrudgingly reform and a current team like Bad Influence be forced to go head-to-head.

That’s booking 101.

TNA will be looking to satisfy the crowd in Birmingham, and the fans should expect the biggest stars to make the final Battle Royal. Look for top names like Magnus, Kurt Angle, Bobby Roode, Austin Aries, Samoa Joe and several other wrestlers to occupy the ring in what should be a very interesting main event.

With that much cash on the line, anything goes in the Joker’s Wild II Battle Royal.

Despite building Magnus as the top heel in the company, there is no question that the English star will receive a hero’s welcome. TNA must understand that it should pander to the crowd and give the heavyweight champion the victory over the biggest stars the company has to offer.

After making him look weak in his first two title defenses against AJ Styles and Sting respectively, Magnus needs all the marquee clean wins he can get.

Even if it comes in the form of an over-the-top-rope Battle Royal.

No matter which superstar goes on to win the cash and is crowned the Joker’s Wild II champion, this is sure to be a great show filmed in front of a raucous crowd. Wrestling fans won’t want to miss this show.
