The Thursday, September 13 edition of TNA Impact! Wrestling opens with a complete video recap of the No Surrender pay-per-view.

TNA World Heavyweight champion Austin Aries comes out and heads into the ring to open Impact! Wrestling. Aries holds up his title belt and begins to praise what it means to him. After briefly talking about his brawl with Aces and Eights at No Surrender, Aries turns his attention to Bound For Glory and asks Jeff Hardy to come to the ring.

Aries congratulates Hardy on winning the Bound For Glory Series. After Aries praised Hardy, Bully Ray interrupts and heads to the ring in frustration. Ray tells both Aries and Hardy that they are extremely lucky. Hardy asks Ray to fight with him but Bully steps out of the ring and leaves.

Sonjay Dutt vs. Zema Ion for the X Division title

Your winner via pin fall to retain the X Division title: Zema Ion.

After the match, Ion attacked Dutt in the ring. Dutt looked very impressive throughout the match, but Ion was able to get the last laugh with the victory. This was a quick, opening match with plenty of action in a short amount of time.

Match Rating: 3 out of 5

Bobby Roode comes out and heads to the ring. Roode talked about staying at home and watching his former tag team partner James Storm rise in the Bound For Glory Series. He reminds everyone what happened at No Surrender by making Storm lose his match at the PPV. Storm comes out and both begin to brawl in the ring. Storm takes complete control of the brawl before Impact! goes to a commercial break.

Kazarian vs. AJ Styles in a singles match.

Your winner via pin fall: AJ Styles.

Impressive television match by Styles and Kazrian. Both Styles and Kazarian are familiar with each other because of their history wrestling in matches together in the ring.

Match Rating: 3.5 out of 5

Hulk Hogan arrives to a loud ovation from the audience in the Impact! Zone. Hogan offers his praise for the Bound For Glory Series. In a shocking announcement, Hogan makes Hardy versus Ray in the main event and the winner will go on to face Aries at Bound For Glory.

While Hogan was speaking, the Aces and Eights group appear on-screen. The masked man tells Hogan he is a great chess player and that anyone in the Impact! Zone could be part of Aces and Eights.

Christopher Daniels vs. Chavo Guerrero in a singles match

Your winner via pin fall: Chavo Guerrero. A pretty decent match with good action both inside and outside the ring. Guerrero seems to be finding more comfort wrestling in TNA and this match went along smoothly.

A video package introduces new TNA Gut Check Evan Markopoulos.

Tara comes out to the ring and congratulates Miss Tessmacher on regaining her Knockouts title at No Surrender. Tara tells Miss Tessmacher how proud she is of her and puts the Knockouts title on her waist. Suddenly, Tara steps back in the ring and attacks Miss Tessmacher.

My quick take on Impact! Wrestling:

This edition of Impact! Wrestling was another quality show to watch. All of the matches were enjoyable to watch, especially the main event, which featured Hardy against Ray. TNA did a terrific job with this year's Bound For Glory Series with clean finishes and showing viewers its importance to the wrestlers who competed.

TNA took the first steps toward its biggest PPV, Bound For Glory. With the Bound For Series officially finished, it will be interesting to see how TNA goes forward with formatting Impact! Wrestling.

From now till Bound For Glory, TNA is in its most crucial time of year and it began with a pretty solid episode of Impact! Wrestling.
