College Football Week 3: Predicting the Top 25 Outcomes in 10 Minutes or Less

Welcome to week three of the college football's top 25 teams predictions in 10 minutes or less. In this article, I will pick the winners of each top 25 game for the upcoming week.

For the new fans to college football, read it, learn it and impress your friends with your knowledge. For those who have been at it awhile, here is an opportunity to debate me if you think I have it wrong.

Beside each prediction will be a 10 word or less reason for my choice.  

Last week, we were right on 20 of the top 25 games. Here are the ones we missed:

Kansas State Beat Miami 52-13, Arizona beat Oklahoma State 59-38, UCLA beat Nebraska 36-30, Oregon State beat Wisconsin 10-7  and Louisiana Monroe beat Arkansas 34-31.

Totals:

Last week = 20 correct, 5 wrong 

Year to date = 46 correct, 7 wrong

 

Week 3 - September 13 through 15:

No. 25 BYU 35 - Utah 28 - Bronco has the cougars rolling in the mountains.

No. 24 Arizona 48 - SC State 10 - Rich Rodriguez goes 3 - 0.

No. 23 Tennessee 28,  No. 18 Florida 24 - Derek Dooley gets signature SEC win.

No. 22 UCLA 42, Houston 34 - Houston hasn't got it together yet.

No. 21 Stanford 20 - No. 2 USC 32 - Close game for over rated Trojans.

No. 20 Notre Dame 21 - No. 10 Michigan St. 20 - Kelly's kids pull the upset.

No. 19 Louisville 24 - North Carolina 17 - Charlie Strong getting it going in Louisville.

No. 17 Michigan 42 - Massachusetts - 14 - Wolverines too much for Minute Men.

No. 16 TCU - 42 - Kansas 24 - Charlie Weiss has work to do at Kansas.

No. 15 Kansas State 35 - North Texas 24 - Mean Green not mean enough.

No. 14 Texas 35 - Ole Miss 21 - Mack's boys starting to get it together.

No. 13 Virginia Tech 35 - Pittsburgh - 7 - Panthers are nearing the bottom.

No. 12 Ohio State 38 - Cal. - 20 - Buckeyes on a roll.

No. 11 Clemson 44 - Furman - 21 - Furman literally not in the same league.

No. 9  West Virginia  56 - James Madison 14 - Ditto.

No. 8  South Carolina 32 - UAB -14 - Gamecocks getting ready for SEC.

No. 7  Georgia 42 - Fla. Atlantic -10 - Missouri win energized Bulldogs.

No. 5 (tie) Florida State 34 - Wake Forrest 10 - Too much D for Demon Deacons.

No  5 (tie) Oklahoma - Idle
