The Main Event

MJF was out first for the big 12-man tag match with his team taking on Mark Briscoe's team. He was followed by the men whom he and Don announced as members of his team earlier in the show.

This was also when we found out Briscoe's team for the PPV. He had Orange Cassidy, Roddy Strong and Kyle O'Reilly with him backstage. KOR revealed TK added the stipulation that if someone was disqualified tonight, they would be out of Forbidden Door.

The last two members of his team were revealed to be Konosuke Takeshita and Darby Allin.

A New Match Added to Collision

Chris Jericho gave a quick backstage interview to respond to Ciampa. He issued a challenge for a match on Collision.

Face to Face

Will Ospreay was out first for this face-to-face meeting. He said he should be on his honeymoon right now, but Alex Windsor said she knew the tournament was important and told him to take care of business.

Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana came out and made Tony Schiavone leave the ring. Swerve said he has been watching Ospreay and thinks he has changed since joining up with the Death Riders.

Billy Goat said he is still the same guy, but he thinks Swerve has changed, too. Strickland said he is mad that Ospreay is working with the Death Riders after all of the work they did to take them down last year.

Ospreay talked about why he made the decision, and part of it has to do with Strickland not coming out to help him when the Death Riders took him out last year. He didn't let Swerve respond and knocked the mic out of his hand.

Ospreay said winning at Wembley has been his dream and he won't let Swerve get in the way, but Swerve took the mic and gave a profanity-filled response that had to be censored for a few seconds.

Ospreay shoved him to the mat, so Nana handed Swerve a chain. Before anything could happen, The Death Riders came out to give Will some backup. Swerve said this was proof Ospreay has changed before making his exit.

Hazuki vs. Mone Part 3

We returned to see Hazuki avoid a running double knee in the corner. She was beating Mercedes down until the ref pulled her away.

Hazuki tripped her on the middle rope and hit a lung blower to take her down. She climbed to the top rope and hit a big senton for a near-fall. Hazuki immediately transitioned into the crossface.

The CEO countered the hold into a pin for a tw-count. They started trading forearms from their knees with one hand while holding onto each other with the other hand.

Hazuki won the exchange of strikes, but Mone wasn't out of the fight yet. Hazuki hit a brainbuster, but Mercedes rolled out of the ring so she couldn't follow up on it.

Mone hit a backstabber to regain control. She tried to hit her finisher, but Hazuki countered it twice in a row. Mercedes was able to lock her in the Statement Maker. After a long struggle, Hazuki was forced to tap out.

WINNER: MERCEDES MONE

Mercedes will face the winner of Athena vs. Maya World from this week's Collision.

Hazuki vs. Mone Part 2

We returned to see Mercedes hit a long blower to counter a headscissor, but she only got a two-count.

She slowed the pace down as she followed Hazuki out of the ring and slammed her head into the apron a few times.

Hazuki began to make a comeback and took down the CEO with a DDT on the apron followed by a really nice suicide dive. The crowd chanted her name as she kept building momentum.

Hazuki tried to get the submission with a crossface, but The CEO got her foot on the rope to force a break. She regained the upper hand and hit a meteora from the second rope to the floor.

Hazuki vs. Mercedes Mone

The past encounters between Mercedes and Hazuki have been phenomenal, and the announcers talked about their history as they started the match with a lockup.

The CEO took control early and took her opponent down. Hazuki was able to turn things around and forced Mone to take a little breather on the ramp. She stared at the trophy and belt on the stage before getting back in the ring.

Hazuki sent her right back out with a headscissor takedown and a dropkick.

Another Title Match Added to Forbidden Door

Brodido gave an interview backstage. Bandido challenged Moxley for the Continental Championship at Forbidden Door. Moxley walked up and accepted the challenge.

Back in the arena, Mercedes made her way out to take on Hazuki.

Cage and Cope

Cope and Cage fought them to the ring, but when they lined up for a double spear on Clark Connors, David Finlay pulled him out of the ring to safety.

Cage grabbed the mic and said The Dogs' name is appropriate since they are named after their mothers.

Copeland gave a much more measured promo about how he and Cage have picked things up from every team they have ever faced, and they are going to use that knowledge to beat The Dogs at Forbidden Door.

After that segment, AEW aired a video package about Starlight Kid, who will challenge Thekla for the AEW world title at Forbidden Door. Thekla gave a response from backstage.

The Psycho Killer is Ready

Tommaso Ciampa gave a promo from backstage about why he hates Chris Jericho. He said he used to respect the guy who traveled the world as The Lionheart, but the guy he sees in front of him is not the same man.

He said 2026 Jericho is desperate and he hated everything about him now. He threw out the invite for a match but said the ball is in Jericho's court now.

Back in the arena, The Dogs tried to make their way to the ring, but were attacked by Adam Copeland and Christian Cage.

Not Big Tom!

Kyle Fletcher and Kazuchika Okada attacked Tomohiro Ishii backstage to take him out of the match tonight and at Forbidden Door. Briscoe needs to find someone else if he had planned on Big Tom being part of his team.

Death Riders vs. Brodido Part 3

We returned to see Moxley knocking Bandido off the apron so he was unable to make a tag. He and Garcia kept King isolated in their corner with quick tags and double-team offense.

Brody finally made the hot tag and the high-flyer took Mox down with a tornillo, followed by a cutter. He kept the momentum going with two backbreakers and a one-armed press slam to Garcia.

While the ref was distracted, Marina tried to interfere, but she ended up being hit with a suplex by the ROH champion. Bandido took out all three Death Riders with a big give over the top rope as they tried to regroup.

Moxley prevented Bandido from getting a pin with a Stomp. In a somewhat surprising outcome, Bandido ended up getting the win with his finisher on Garcia while King took out Moxley with a suicide dive.

Not only was the outcome surprising, but the match was a ton of fun.

WINNERS: BANDIDO AND BRODY KING

Death Riders vs. Brodido Part 2

We returned to see King beating on Moxley in the corner. He had the continental champion struggling to stand up straight after a series of shots to the head.

Garcia and Moxley started to make a comeback, especially once Garcia and Bandido were legal again. They traded some nice takedowns and counters while Mox and King took a breather.

Shafir distracted King by getting into a barking contest with him, which allowed Mox to hit him with a suicide dive. He and Garcia hit a spike piledriver on the floor to take him out.

King was left all alone after Bandido was thrown over the barricade. Garcia and Moxley spent a long time dominating the powerhouse, but Bandido recovered and got back on the apron. We went to a second break after Mox hit an impressive superplex to King for a two-count.

The Death Riders vs. Brodido

Jon Moxley and Daniel Garcia from The Death Riders came out with Marina Shafir by their side to take on Bandido and Brody King.

Garcia and Bandido started the match, and the younger Death Rider quickly took down the ROH champion. Bandido did not want to be outwrestled, so he took Garcia down and kicked some dust in his face.

The masked man spent the next couple of minutes controlling the pace until he tagged in King to dominate the smaller competitor. Mox watched from the apron as the former tag team champions mocked Garcia with some dancing.

Garcia got to his feet and tried to show them how to do it the right way, but he ended up taking a stiff chop to the chest. He tagged in Moxley, who took his time squaring up against Brody.

They traded some strikes for a long time. Both men got in some good shots, but King seemed to have the advantage, so Mox resorted to an eye poke. It barely slowed the big man down. Bandido tagged in and hit a gorgeous moonsault to take down both opponents at ringside.

Kenny Omega vs. Tony Nese

Tony Nese was already in the ring waiting for his opponent for the first match, Kenny Omega. This was an unannounced match, and a surprising combination, but not an unwelcome one. Nese is an underrated performer who deserves more chances to show off.

Mark Sterling distracted Omega so Nese could take him down, but then Omega avoided a moonsault to take control. He hit a snap dragon suplex, followed by a second. He knocked Sterling off the apron before hitting the One-Winged Angel for a quick victory.

WINNER: KENNY OMEGA

Omega grabbed a mic to give a promo, but before he could even say a single word, he was interrupted by TMDK. Zack Sabre Jr. and his friends approached, but Omega wisely exited the other side of the ring to avoid being attacked.

The Young Bucks came out with Jack Perry to give The Cleaner some backup of his own. Omega picked the mic up again and introduced TMDK sarcastically.

The confrontation ended without any physicality, but it did a good job setting up their showdown at the PPV quickly.

MJF's Team Has Been Revealed

MJF left it to Don to reveal his team. Kevin Knight, Kyle Fletcher, Jake Doyle, Kazuchika Okada and Andrade El Idolo, who did not seem happy about it.

Callis promised MJF he would get Andrade on board after a tense moment. When we went live in the arena, Exalibur ran down the card for us.

We Are Live!

Dynamite opened with MJF and the Don Callis Family backstage being interviewed. MJF dished out some insults to his possible future challengers.
