Tottenham Transfers: Kaka and Top 5 Rumors

Tottenham Hotspur have been on top form this season and, despite their recent slip against Stoke City, Spurs are set to make a huge splash by finishing in the top three if they continue with their current ways.

Their summer additions have helped the club immensely, both Scott Parker and Emmanuel Adebayor have been sensational for the Lily-whites, but in January comes the time where Harry Redknapp can further his transfer exploits.

Some big money names are on the table for possible moves to North London and, as the January window grows closer, the anticipation is sure to build for what is in store for another transfer window that is hoping to see Tottenham build on their current strength of squad once more.

Luka Modric and Gareth Bale

Would be suitors of both Tottenham's midfielder maestro Luka Modric and wideman ace Gareth Bale have been warned off by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.

Modric was the subject of intense Chelsea interest in the summer, while Bale has garned speculation about a possible move to Spain.

According to Yahoo Sport there is no way that Levy plans to allow either of them to leave in January.

Roman Pavlyuchenko

Tottenham's out-of-favor striker Roman Palyuchenko could be headed for a cros- town switch to Queens Park Rangers.

The Daily Mirror reports that the 29-year-old could be offered up to QPR if Spurs manager Harry Redknapp has signed and sealed a replacement for the Russian in January.

Pavlyuchenko's main reason to leave would be to ensure he maintains a place in the Russian national squad for Euro 2012.

Tottenham are reportedly lining up for an £18 million raid on French defending champions Lille for striker Moussa Sow.
