Los Angeles Galaxy: Ins and Outs, December 3, 2011
Good riddance Kevin Muscat, says Robbie Keane
Kickoff between the Los Angeles Galaxy and Melbourne Victory will not take place until Tuesday, 7:30 p.m. local time, and already the fireworks are coming out with LA's Robbie Keane calling out Melbourne assistant manager Kevin Muscat.
"He mistimed a lot of tackles in his time," Keane told David Davutovic of the Melbourne Herald Sun. "Kevin and I became good pals and I look forward to seeing him and we'll probably have a beer after the game.

"But I'm very happy he's retired. I wouldn't want to get tackled by him."
Keane has no plans to seek out a loan deal across the pond, opting to get back into fitness during the offseason.
"I could have stayed in the premiership for a few more years but it came at the right time for me and my family," Keane said. "I was always interested in coming to play in the US at some stage. The last few years were up and down for me, and that can happen when you move around a bit.
"Now I'm really enjoying my football, that's most important thing."
Toughest test on hand for Los Angeles
Australia has been a bogey country of some sort for the Galaxy, and Tuesday's friendly with Melbourne Victory will not be a walk in the park.
“First I just want to say it’s great to be here and already the players are out and about walking through Melbourne," said Galaxy president Tom Payne to FourFourTwo. "We don’t like to be landlocked in a hotel. The players feel fresh even though it’s the end of our season and are genuinely excited to be here.”
“We’ve played in Indonesia and Philippines but this will be our hardest test.”
Los Angeles arrived on a charter flight after their 6-1 demolition of the Philippines national team on Saturday night. A training session will take place on Monday at Visy Park in Melbourne. Midfielder David Beckham will visit a children's hospital in the area that morning.
Youth Academy Update
As the first team wraps up their Asia Pacific Tour 2011, the Galaxy Youth Academy had a number of players that took part in a US Soccer Development Academy Winter Showcase in Sarasota, Fla.
