Texas vs. Texas A&M: TV Schedule, Live Stream, Radio, Game Time and More
The Texas Longhorns and Texas A&M Aggies belong to a heated rivalry that will end this year.
Before we cover that aspect of the game, it is important to note that both teams have been disappointments this year.
The Longhorns were and still are a damn young team with a lot to look forward to in the future.
The Aggies, meanwhile, are an older group with a lot to play for. They've lost a number of close contests this year but almost winning still counts as losing.
Texas is 6-4 and A&M is 6-5.
This is the only college game on the schedule for Thanksgiving Day.
Where: Kyle Field; College Station, Texas
When: Thursday, Nov. 24 at 8 p.m. ET
Watch: ESPN
Live Stream: ESPN 3
Listen: Texas Radio Affiliates. Texas A&M Radio Affiliates.
Betting Line: Texas A&M -7.5
Key Storyline: Final Showdown
The Longhorns have defeated the Aggies in this game 75 times, lost 37 times and played to a tie five times.
No wonder A&M wants to get away so badly.
But all joking aside, it has been known for some time that the Aggies wanted away from the Longhorns. This rivalry has been good and this is the last time, at least for now, that they'll play against one another.
Who Might Not Play for Texas
Fozzy Whittaker, RB: Out
Jaxon Shipley, WR: Questionable
Who Might Not Play for A&M

Christine Michael, RB: Out
BCS/Top 25 Implications
Not much. Neither team is heading for a BCS bowl and the Longhorns have hung onto a Top 25 spot by the skin of their teeth.
A win here will push Texas further up in the polls while a loss will leave an ill taste in their mouth.
The Aggies' season had such high hopes and now they're relegated to landing a win against the Longhorns for the biggest triumph of the year.
What They're Saying
The Austin Statesman is looking for a more than memorable showdown from these two teams:
"I want epic. That's all.
Think the ending of the Michigan State and Wisconsin game this year, or Michigan against Notre Dame.
This is about more than the outcome of the game. Texas and Texas A&M aren't going to play next year. That's fine. But I want the ending to be one that everybody remembers for the rest of their lives.
Last-second craziness is welcomed on Thursday night at Kyle Field. That's what I'm looking for.
And if there's controversy ... well, that's even better.
"
If only we can be so lucky.
Player To Watch for Texas: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE
The sophomore defensive end is one of the many youngsters the Longhorns will lean on in the next few seasons.
He was highly recruited and is coming into his own. He has five career sacks; four of them have come in the last four games.
Needless to say, he's starting to put it all together. The Longhorns are bereft of top-tier talent right now, but have a few mid-round draft prospects on the defensive side of the ball.
Watch Jeffcoat to see what he'll bring to the field next season.
Player To Watch for A&M: Ryan Tannehill, QB
A completion of the script, Tannehill is a senior heading for the NFL.
The consensus on him is still mixed, but he does have a shot at a first-round landing spot.
The former wide receiver has good size at 6'4", 225 pounds and has really improved as an all-around passer this season. He's thrown 26 touchdowns, 11 interceptions and is completing 63 percent of his passes. He's also only been sacked seven times this year.
He's very talented with a lot to like and will give the Longhorns' young secondary a big test.
Key Matchup: Texas Secondary vs. A&M Receivers
As mentioned above, Tannehill is probably the best player on the field in this game. The Longhorns have a number of talented young defensive backs mixed with senior Blake Gideon and junior Kenny Vaccaro.
Tannehill's weapons, Jeff Fuller and Ryan Swope, should find some holes in their defense.
Swope has been a big-play and heavily reliable target all season. Fuller, who has tons of potential, has been a little bit disappointing but still holds NFL-caliber talent and size.
If Texas can limit Tannehill and his receivers they'll have a shot.
Prediction: Texas A&M 31, Texas 21
