Titans vs. Falcons: 4 Halftime Adjustments for Atlanta
Well, that went smoothly, didn't it?
The Falcons have been efficient all game, with the exception of the red zone, and have jumped out to a 13-3 halftime lead.
But as we all know, no lead is safe in the NFL, especially against a veteran quarterback. Here's four halftime adjustments Atlanta should make to ensure a victory.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
1. Keep Feeding Tony
Gonzalez was targeted three times on the first drive of the game, and came away with three catches for 39 yards and a score. Not bad. Tennessee is having issues making plays over the middle of the field on defense. Expect a lot more Gonzalez in the second half.
2. Continue Pounding the Run
When Michael Turner’s running the ball, it’s often not pretty. But it’s almost always effective. Turner’s been churning out positive yardage all day. Atlanta will continue to pound the run to sustain drives in the second half.
3. More Pressure on Hasselbeck
Yes, Atlanta has essentially shut down Tennessee’s passing game so far. But they still haven’t sacked Hasselbeck. If the Falcons can manage to start pass-rushing even half as well as they’ve run-blitzed today, it’s going to be a long second half for Hasselbeck and the Titans.
4. Red Zone Efficiency
Yes, the lead is nice, but Atlanta has had to settle for two field goals in the red zone. That’s just not good enough. Matt Ryan has got to find a way to convert red zone opportunities. It hasn’t hurt them in thie game so far, but it’s troubling moving forward.
