NFL Power Rankings Week 11: Which Teams Surprisingly Continue to Disappoint?
Well into the 2011 NFL regular season, fans are thankful the lockout never took any game, but some certainly wish their teams weren't playing so awful.
Nobody likes to lose, especially when that team is projected to do really well in a particular season.
Whether they failed to live up to the hype, or they're been on a major slump lately, these teams have let their fans down.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Here are three teams that surprisingly continue to disappoint.
Philadelphia Eagles
Labeled the "Dream Team" at the beginning, the Eagles are now 3-6 on the year, and the playoffs look way out of reach.
The schedule doesn't get any easier, as Philadelphia must play the New England Patriots, New York Jets and all of their rivals in the NFC East.
Michael Vick had one of the worst games of his career, but in order to attempt to salvage this season, he'll have to transform into the type of player he was last season.
It's not completely over for the Eagles, but they're definitely hanging by a thread. At 3-6, things won't get any easier.
Here's a tweet from ESPN's John Buccigross on how often a 3-6 team makes it to the playoffs.
San Diego Chargers
With each new week, it's looking like an even safer bet that Norv Turner will be out of a job by the end of the season. The Chargers have now lost four games in a row, and it could very well turn into five when they play at the Chicago Bears this Sunday.
Philip Rivers has a touchdown interception ratio of 13 to 15, which is terrible because the Chargers need him to be elite with all the injuries they've been dealing with.
It's a lot to ask of a quarterback, but Rivers has been considered a one of the top five quarterbacks in the NFL over the last few seasons, but 2011 sure hasn't been his year.
The playoffs aren't out of reach for the Chargers, but they will have to be very impressive over the next seven weeks.
Buffalo Bills
After a great 3-0 start, the Bills are now 2-4 in their last six games. They lost a tough, close battle to the New York Jets two weeks ago, but many though they would turn it around against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10.
That didn't happen, as the Cowboys dominated all four quarters and won, 44-7. The Bills have key division games coming up, so they still have time to right the ship.
However, if they continue to play the way they have been, then they won't amount to much else this season.
Ryan Fitzpatrick was on fire in the early portion on the year, but he has since cooled down, which isn't a good thing for the Bills. He'll need to step his game up if the Bills wish to get out of this slump.
