Week 10 Fantasy Football Rankings: Ranking the Week's Worst Players
Each week there are players who will get your start, but won't hit their projections. Well, the following four players are those who may receive a starting spot in fantasy this week, but won't produce any satisfying results.
4. Matt Hasselbeck: QB, Titans (at Panthers)
Against the Panthers on the road this week, Titans QB Matt Hasselbeck will be either held in-check or limited by opportunities.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Tennessee may rank No. 32 in rush offense, however, Carolina ranks No. 13 in pass defense. So, chances are RB Chris Johnson has a good enough game to where Tennessee won't need to throw the ball early on.
That said, the Titans will be forced to throw late as the Panthers will gradually pull away with their Top 10 offense in both rushing and passing. There, the Tennessee offense becomes one-dimensional and Hasselbeck will be under duress most of the second-half.
Only start him as a last resort, otherwise try to find a better matchup.
3. Brandon Jacobs: RB, Giants (at San Francisco)
Giants RB Brandon Jacobs is a going to be of great utilization for New York against San Fran. However, don't expect much production in terms of fantasy football, because the 49ers have the No. 1 ranked rush defense.
To that end, Jacobs' contributions will be strictly to keep the San Francisco defense honest and from blitzing Eli Manning. Throwing the ball is New York's offensive strength and the pass defense is Frisco's weakness.
So only if you must, give Jacobs the nod. But don't anticipate too much production, because we have to remember that NFL teams are trying to win real football games, not fantasy games.
2. Jerome Simpson: WR, Bengals (vs Steelers)
Jerome Simpson has been a solid WR for Cincinnati this season. He's second on the team only to rookie WR A.J. Green in receiving yards, receptions, and targets. That said, the Pittsburgh Steelers will be more difficult than any defense Cincy has faced this season.
The Bengals only rank No. 21 in rush and pass offense, whereas The Steel Curtain ranks No. 3 against the pass and No. 6 against the rush. A.J. Green won't have much production this week either, and if he gets shut-down you know Simpson will.
But the wild-card here is Bengals TE Jermaine Gresham. If you have Gresham, start him over Simpson in the flex spot.
1. Reggie Wayne: WR, Colts (vs Jaguars)
Other than Week 1, if you have Reggie Wayne on your team chances are he's been benched more than once. His production has be consistently low but not surprising, as Indianapolis is 0-9.
This week if you have the slightest of urges to start Wayne, will yourself not to. Visiting Circle City are the Jacksonville Jaguars who rank No. 7 against the pass and No. 11 against the rush.
Therefore, not only will Wayne's production be disappointing once again, but so will WR Pierre Garcon's and QB Curtis Painter's. That said, Indy can win this game provided that they run the ball somewhat well.
Nonetheless, Wayne should be benched and if not, you may cost yourself a decent number of points.
