Manny Pacquiao vs. Marquez: Last Fight of Trilogy Won't Be Decided by Judges
No matter what the results have been, the first two fights between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez have been too close to call. Or at least too close to have a decisive winner.
You know that can't sit well with Manny Pacquiao. At the very least, you know it's going to motivate him for the November 12th fight.
On the other side of the ring, Marquez still has a lot to prove himself. Even with the amount of success he's had against Pacquiao, no one is giving him a chance to win this fight.
The 38-year-old Marquez is going to set out to prove he's still one of the world's best boxers and can still have success against Pac-Man.
This is why neither boxer will let the judges decide this one.
The first two fights in this series have been decided by the judges, with one going to Pacquiao by split-decision and the other ending in a draw.
This one is for all the marbles, and if something similar happens again, it's going to be a major disappointment.
Don't expect this bout to disappoint. Expect both guys to come out with tons aggression and tons of action.
In addition to both guys wanting to avoid disappointment, don't underestimate the fact that these fighters know each other extremely well.
This is the ending of the trilogy. They know how to attack each other, they know each other's weak spots and, most importantly, they will take every possible chance for a big punch.
There's simply no other choice.
If this bout doesn't end with a knockout, I would be extremely surprised.
