Jacksonville Jaguars Saying Houston Texans Play Dirty Will Lead to Another Loss
The Jacksonville Jaguars are not endearing themselves to the divisional rival Houston Texans.
Not that they have to, but they should expect an even more motivated team than the one they just faced and lost to this past Sunday when they next meet.
The Jaguars are calling the Texans a "dirty" team and complaining about their arrogance, cheap shots and generally dirty play all around:

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
"“I still don’t like them, and I have no respect for them at all,” Jaguars defensive tackle Terrance Knighton told the Houston Chronicle. “It was just the dirty stuff they were doing. I don’t want to get into specifics; I just don’t like them. . . . I’m not going to get into names or anything like that, but we play them again.”
"
Jeremy Mincey, Jaguars defensive end, also chimed in:
"“They’re some nasty guys,” Mincey said. “I was on the ground, and some guy stepped on my head. They’re very dirty.”
"
I don’t understand why these defensive line guys are getting so upset about being cut-blocked.
It’s perfectly legal in the NFL and it’s proven to be effective. Just look at how Arian Foster and Ben Tate have been performing these past two seasons.
Instead of complaining about how dirty the Texans are, these linemen should be in the film room and on the practice field figuring out how to better shed these blocks and get to the quarterback and ball-carriers.
This is just more bulletin-board material for a motivated Texans team that is hell-bent on making the playoffs and winning the division for the first time in franchise history.
I don’t know why the lowly Jaguars are trying to provoke them after taking a 24-14 beating on Sunday when they still have another game to play this season.
It just doesn’t make sense and I think the Jaguars defensive linemen should shut up and deal with this on the field and not in the press.
