Biggest Storyline: Will Arsenal win back-to-back EPL games for the first time this season?

The Gunners have yet to win consecutive games this EPL season, but they have a chance to against Stoke City.

It won't be easy though as the Potters have played well for much of the season.

The Gunners have relied heavily on Robin van Persie as of late, and are going to need someone else to step up and help him out.

Key Player for Arsenal: Robin van Persie

Obviously van Persie is going to be the player to watch in this match for the Gunners. He registered two goals in Arsenal's last game against Sunderland, one of which included an 82nd-minute game-winner.

He has registered five goals so far through eight starts, and will be hoping to add to that goal total in a home victory against the Potters.

Key Player for Stoke: Peter Crouch

Despite the fact that Crouch has just one goal in five starts, Crouch has done a terrific job of creating chances.

He had a couple solid opportunities to score against Fulham, and once saw his shot cleared off the line by the defender.

At 6'7", Crouch is a threat in the air and can use is height to his advantage on both set pieces and crosses.

Key Matchup: Arsenal's defense vs. Crouch

As mentioned, Crouch's height can be a huge factor on set pieces, and if Arsenal fail to mark him effectively, they are going to have problems.

If they leave Crouch unmarked, he will certainly make them pay. He has a terrific header, and has scored plenty of goals for both the English national team and for his club sides.

Look for the Potters to target Crouch early and often.

What They're Saying

Arsenal's Tomas Rosicky has been under a lot of criticism for smiling as Sunderland equalized against the Gunners this past weekend. Here is the story according to ESPN:

"

That wasn't a laugh - it was a desperate laugh that such a screamer would be scored. I don't have to turn around. When I see his (Larsson's) face and he is celebrating, why should I turn around? I have been here six years and anyone who thinks I would laugh at that... for people to take it that way is frankly unbelievable.

"

On the other side of things, defender Andy Wilkinson is hoping that he spends the rest of his career at Stoke. Here is the story according to ESPN:

"It's unbelievable to think how far the club has come since I made my debut.

It's a great credit to the manager and the chairman and I for one owe a lot to them.

"
"Everyone knows how I feel about Stoke City, I want to be here forever. Hopefully, I have got another ten years left in front of me."

Prediction: Stoke City 1 Arsenal 2
