NFL Predictions Week 5: Chicago Bears and 4 Guaranteed Losers
You can see it coming so clearly that you can smell it—a guaranteed loss.
Obviously since winning is more difficult than losing, knowing when you're favorite team won't get the job done is in some sense a little less stressful because you're prepared for it.
In those situations, winning would only be a bonus.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
That being said, the following four franchises will drop in Week 5, with two of them being divisional games.
Chicago Bears (at Detroit Lions)
It's been awhile since the Detroit Lions were playoff contenders, and they've won all four games with three being on the road.
As for the Bears, well, QB Jay Cutler has been underachieving once again, but to make matters worse, the defense hasn't been performing at all.
They showed up in the Week 1 win over Atlanta, but since have allowed almost 30 points per game.
RB Matt Forte appears to be the only bright spot, but no matter how many carries he receives on Monday night, the Lions offense has too many weapons to keep pace with.
Not to mention they're playing with a lot more confidence and know-how to win in multiple ways.
Lions 33, Bears 19
Kansas City Chiefs (at Indianapolis Colts)
Despite all their injuries the Indianapolis Colts have been playing with arguably as much effort as anyone.
Well, this week all that effort pays off and Indy gets the W, because the Kansas City Chiefs have no answer for the Colts' pass rush in Robert Mathis and Dwight Freeney.
Also, RB Joseph Addai has been playing OK even though the offense is vehemently struggling.
His numbers aren't near top-notch, but they're better than expected.
And that's how Indy wins—in the trenches—because center Jeff Saturday leads the charge and QB Curtis Painter can be effective when given time.
K.C. drops to 1-4, while Indy nabs win number one.
Colts 16, Chiefs 12
Carolina Panthers (vs. New Orleans Saints)
Although the Panthers are a tough out at home (just ask Green Bay), the New Orleans Saints know this is a big divisional road game.
Carolina is still playing with confidence, despite the 1-3 record, and New Orleans did struggle on the road last week in Jacksonville.
However, the Panthers have a very weak rush defense, while the Saints know they can run the rock effectively whenever they want.
Therefore, don't expect this game to be nearly as high scoring as anticipated. New Orleans is going to ride the legs of rookie RB Mark Ingram, keeping rookie QB Cam Newton off the field.
Saints 24, Panthers 17
Seattle Seahawks (at New York Giants)
After losing in Week 1 the New York Giants have ran off three straight games to become 3-1.
The Seattle Seahawks, however, are 1-3 and have been outscored 57-17 in their two road games.
Now, include the Seahawks horrendous offense versus a confidently improving Giants defense, and the birds don't have a chance.
To that end though, the game is not a blowout as Seattle's defense is respectable enough to slow down the Giants' offense.
But, New York pulls away early because the Seahawks are still having trouble getting into a rhythm from the start.
Giants 28, Seahawks 10
