NFL Predictions Week 5: Calvin Johnson and 3 Top WR Targets
At the high rate that the 2011 NFL season is going, not only are the QBs going to be rewriting the records books, but so are the WRs.
Because after all, the QBs can't set their single season records without the WRs doing their part.
So with that, here are the top three WRs that will dominate in Week 5.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
3. Larry Fitzgerald, Cardinals (at Minnesota)
Despite the fact that the Minnesota Vikings are going to run the ball with Adrian Peterson, the Cardinals' defense isn't good enough to really slow him down.
In turn, that's going to allow Arizona WR Larry Fitzgerald numerous chances at soaring over the No. 28 ranked pass defense (allow 286.3 per game).
It's basically the reason why the Vikings only allow 76 yards per game on the ground, because there's no reason to run the ball against them when you can rack up points like your playing pinball.
Therefore, expect the Cardinals-Vikings game to be a dual between Larry Arizona (Fitzgerald) and All Day (Peterson).
However, Fitz has the better day since it's quicker to gain yards via aerial assault than by ground force.
Larry catches 10 for 150 yards and scores two TDs in a one-on-one shootout with the NFL's best RB.
2. Calvin Johnson, Lions (vs. Chicago)
Through four games Lions' WR Calvin Johnson has compiled 321 yards on 24 catches and has scored eight TDs.
Also, 19 of his 24 receptions have gone for a first down, so it's clear that no matter what the situation, Megatron is QB Matthew Stafford's go-to target.
And rightfully so, because why go elsewhere when you're arguably the game's best WR is on your team?
This week, Megatron and the Motor City play host to the Monsters of the Midway from the Windy City in Chicago.
Only problem for the Bears, however, is that their defense is ranked No. 29 and No. 23 in pass and rush yards allowed, respectively.
At home on Monday night in from of America, Calvin Johnson amassed 130 receiving yards on eight receptions and scored three TDs.
1. Greg Jennings, Packers (at Atlanta)
Although, he's not considered on the same level as Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald or Andre Johnson, Packers' WR Greg Jennings is just as, if not more, reliable.
Then again, it also helps in having the game's best QB toss you the rock on a dime every pass, but nonetheless, Jennings is the best man for the cheese.
And on Sunday night in Atlanta, Jennings and Green Bay's offense should have no trouble burning up the scoreboard, because they've done so every game this season, and they did so in the Georgia Dome during the 2010 postseason.
For those that need a quick refreshment, Green Bay scored 48 over the Falcons in the playoffs, and are currently averaging 37 points per game.
So, until the cheeseheads actually slow down, Jennings keeps leading the NFL's best receiving core and allots 150 receiving yards while scoring twice en route to another Titletown W.
