Fantasy Football Advice: Tim Hightower and Roy Helu Good Starting Candidates
Tim Hightower and Roy Helu are very likely to have big fantasy performances, in Week 4. The Washington Redskins are facing the St. Louis Rams, the worst-ranked run defense in the NFL. The Rams have surrendered over 500 yards this season, while allowing opposing rushers to gain 5.4 yards per carry.
Washington currently finds themselves in the middle of the rushing rankings. However, they have faced two tough rushing defenses in the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys. Mike Shanahan has let Rex Grossman throw a lot passes, and this week he will get back to the running game.
The Washington ground game is going to have a good game on Sunday. The St. Louis Rams not only have the lowest-ranked run defense, but also are struggling to move the football. Washington has an opportunity to build an early lead, resulting in more rushing attempts.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Tim Hightower has received the majorly of carriers, with Helu in a distant second. However, Helu is averaging almost six yards per carry—a stat that is sure to earn him more opportunities.
If you own Hightower, he is great option as a No. 2 back or as a flex. He should receive about 20 carries, likely averaging around 4.5 yards per carry. The struggles of the Rams defense will provide the Redskins with plenty of red-zone opportunities. Hightower has a great chance to punch one in for a touchdown.
Helu is more of a risk, because he isn't guaranteed to receive a ton of carries. However, I feel that this will be his breakout game. Helu will go over 100 yards while adding a touchdown. My prediction is based on the Redskins jumping out to an early lead.
Fantasy football has a lot to do with predicting stats and playing the matchups. The Redskins running backs have the best matchup this weekend. Hightower is solid start, with Helu more of an option in deeper leagues.
