College Football Picks Week 4: 3 Huge Blowouts Waiting To Happen
Don’t even bother with the following college football Week 4 games because they are going to be massive blowouts.
These three blowouts aren’t just waiting to happen, they’ve already happened in the minds of the upcoming losers. They’re going to have nightmares leading up to kickoff and may just be tormented by the lights of the scoreboard exploding for the remainder of the season.
The expected losers should just save face now and merely forfeit before the game even takes place because they don’t stand a chance at competing.
Notre Dame at Pittsburgh
Notre Dame is looking to get back into the top 25 and know they need a monstrous performance. Pittsburgh isn’t the program it used to be and will be obliterated by the Fighting Irish. Notre Dame is coming off a huge victory against then No. 15 ranked Michigan State at home.
I know Notre Dame is on the road, but their big three will lead them to a huge victory. RB Cierre Wood and WR Michael Floyd are two of the best at their respective positions. Tommy Rees is really coming in to his own through three weeks and will enjoy a break out game.
Central Michigan at Michigan State
The Spartans were abused by Notre Dame and fell out of the top 25 altogether. Head coach Mark Dantonio must be irate and will push his Spartans to put the pressure on Central Michigan early.
The Spartans’ Kirk Cousins and B.J. Cunningham will hook up for at least two scores in this contest. Cousins is one of the top QB prospects in the nation and will dissect a Central Michigan secondary.
Edwin Baker has been up-and-down to start the season, but he will finally live up to his moniker as one of the better and consistent RBs in the country. Look for the Spartans to put a beat down Central Michigan as they look to avenge last week’s devastating loss.
Georgia State at Houston
Wait… Georgia State has a team? I kid, I kid.
But seriously, they might not after this weekend.
The Cougars’ Case Keenum is one of the most unstoppable quarterbacks in the nation. At this point, he may never leave Houston and will just play college football for the rest of his life, dissecting secondary units and putting up major yardage totals.
Keenum is still looking to make up for last year’s lost season and will throw for nearly 500 yards and a handful of touchdowns. He already has 1,119 yards and 10 TD passes on this season. Unreal.
This won’t even be a fair fight.
