St. Louis Rams and 3 Teams Destined to Pull an Upset
Week 1 of the NFL season had a lot of unexpected results, and that mayhem won't stop in Week 2. The St. Louis Rams headline a group of teams ready to pull off upsets. Here's a quick look at three of them.
St. Louis Rams
The Rams were a popular NFC West pick at the beginning of the season, but after a slew of injuries, analysts and fans alike are losing faith.

Still though, the New York Giants haven't looked much healthier. It's shaping up to be an ugly game, and it just feels like one that the road team might take.
It appears that Sam Bradford's finger is healthy, and he'll have a much easier time picking apart the Giants secondary than he did with Philly's.
The Rams held the Eagles' potent pass attack under control, but got beat up a little bit on the ground.
However, while Ahmad Bradshaw is good, he doesn't seem healthy enough to fully take advantage of the Rams front seven.
Washington Redskins
It's hard to call this one an upset, because they are playing the Cardinals, but whenever you pick a Rex Grossman-led team, you're picking the underdog.
Still though, Grossman looked really comfortable in this offense against the Giants, and everyone saw what Cam Newton did to this Arizona secondary. Grossman could double that (joke).
Look for Washington to put up another big offensive day.
Again, it's not exactly a huge upset, but ESPN has Arizona ranked three spots ahead of the 'Skins in their power rankings.
If you're the type of person who likes to bet, I'd even take Washington at minus-4, which is where they currently sit.
Atlanta Falcons
Matt Ryan and the Falcons probably aren't too happy about their embarrassing Week 1 loss against the Bears, but they'll have to rebound against the Eagles.
The Falcons were nearly unstoppable at home last year, going 7-1.
I expect Atlanta to come in and attempt to establish the run, keep Philly's offense off the field and test their young linebacking corps. They don't want to have to throw the 40-plus times again and they won't be able to win a shootout.
Again, the Falcons are good at home, so I'm confident that they can establish the tempo and pull off the upset in a low-scoring affair.
