UEFA Champions League: AC Milan's Pato Makes History at Camp Nou
AC Milan star Alexandre Pato scored the fifth fastest goal in UEFA Champions League history on Tuesday at the Camp Nou in a 2-2 draw against Barcelona in their Group Stage match.
Not only that, the goal clocks in as the fastest goal ever scored at the home ground of the world giants.
AC Milan came into the game with few people giving them a chance against the reigning European champions, but being a world giant themselves, Milan was extremely confident in getting points on their trip to Spain.

Right off the bat, they were off to a flying start through Pato.
The 22-year-old Brazilian received the ball at midfield and with a huge touch bolted through the center of the Barcelona defense and five-holed Victor Valdes.
The goal was timed at 24 seconds, making it fifth fastest in Champions League history. AC Milan now has two players within the top five on that list. No other club has two even within the top ten.
Pato joins teammate Clarence Seedorf as the two Rossoneri players on the list. Seedorf scored in precisely 21.06 seconds against Schalke 04 in 2005.
The all-time record is Roy Makaay. The retired Dutchman, who scored 314 times total in his career, put one past Real Madrid in 10.12 seconds while playing for Bayern Munich in 2007.
Pato would have arguably had the goal of the day in the Champions League had it not been for Borussia Dortmund's Ivan Perisic putting in a stunning equalizer two minutes from time against Arsenal. Alex earned a lot of praise for his goal, including an extremely flattering comment from Barcelona manager Josep Guardiola, who said the young starlet "would have left even Usain Bolt in his wake," as Pato stormed past the defense and clear in on goal.
Milan is going to need more goals from Pato, which shouldn't be too much of an ask from a player who has continually proven that when healthy, he is one of the world's most menacing strikers.
