Kevin Durant Video: Watch Durantula Ignite Crowd with a Thunderous Jam

David DanielsJun 7, 2018

If Kevin Durant hasn’t dunked on a basketball court near you yet, be patient—he’ll hit up your hoop by the end of the NBA lockout.

Durant is taking his talents all around the country this summer.  While other professional basketball players are using the extra time off to rest and heal up from injuries or just relax, the NBA scoring champion is staying in shape by playing competitively every single day, or at least that’s what it seems like.

By the end of the lockout, he’ll have an entire highlight tape of his time off that would be superior to the average NBA player’s career highlights.

A new video clip of Durant igniting a crowd with a dunk goes viral practically every week.  From the Drew League to Rucker Park, Durantula isn’t building his brand through commercials. He's doing it on the basketball court.

Oklahoma City Thunder fans have to love what Durant is doing. No. 35 is proving that he’s one of the hardest workers in the league.  Expect even more domination in 2011.

Can you believe this guy is only 22 years old?  He has the scoring ability of 27-year-old and the maturity of a 32-year-old. As long as Russell Westbrook doesn’t hog the basketball, the MVP trophies will start piling up.

As soon as Durant finds that killer instinct, the league is his.  It won’t be long before fans are calling him the best small forward in the league.  His all-around scoring ability is superior to LeBron James’ as a shooter and in the post.

And as you can see, he can throw it down as well.

Being 6’9” with a 7’5” wingspan and hops usually equals a dunking machine, and that’s what Durant has been all summer long.

Oklahoma City has taken huge strides the past two years. They will contend for an NBA title in 2012 or 2013—whenever next season is.
