New England Patriots: Logan Mankins Not Worried About Contract
As all of the NFL super-stars gather to Hawaii for a vacation and a glorified two-hand-touch football game, not everyone wants to talk about contracts.
Most players at the Pro Bowl are there for a vacation, and a great experience.
New England Patriots Pro Bowl left guard, Logan Mankins, is not interested in talking about his currently contract situation.

“It’s a vacation, I’m not too worried about it,” Mankins said.
Mankins sat out most of last season with a contract holdout, but finally showed up for the finally nine games. In just those nine games, he impressed enough people to be selected to the Pro Bowl and the All-Pro team.
After a successful 14-2 season ended abruptly on a sour note, Mankins doesn't want to talk contracts.
“We don’t even have a CBA [collective bargaining agreement],” Mankins said. “So I’m not too concerned with it right now.”
As the CBA is set to expire in March, many players are worried about their contracts, or some just aren't. Mankins doesn't seem to be worried, because there's just nothing he can do about it right now.
Expect there to be a minimum amount of free agent transactions this off-season until a new CBA is agreed on.
