Albert Haynesworth Suspended: Are His Days in Washington Numbered?
Albert Haynesworth has been suspended for the final four games of the regular season by his own team.
Citing conduct detrimental to the club, Mike Shanahan has apparently finally had enough of the most overpaid man in all of sports.
The divorce between the talented defensive tackle and his Washington club has been a long time coming, and it appears that the time is finally here. Despite Haynesworth's plan to appeal the suspension, one thing remains clear: as long as Mike Shanahan is at the helm, Haynesworth has played his final snap as a Redskin.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
After reportedly showing up hungover to last Friday's practice, Haynesworth was a surprise inactive in Week 13. After telling General Manager Bruce Allen that he'd no longer speak to his head coach (how mature), he repeatedly violated team rules, refused to listen to his coaches, and the situation has clearly reached a point of no resolve.
A massive disappointment since signing his titanic 7-year, $100 deal, the 'Skins paid big Al a $21 million roster bonus this offseason and might as well have flushed that amount down the toilet. Playing as a situational pass-rusher all season, Haynesworth has officially become the most overpaid, overrated, outspoken "athlete" in the NFL, which is an awfully tough title to claim in a league filled with brash hot-heads.
Seemingly the antithesis of a team player, the team has almost no choice but to cut him this offseason.
Perhaps owner Dan Snyder will take this lesson to finally learn that you can't build a team through free agency, it has to be done through the draft.
Of course, we're talking about the same organization that just extended an aging Donovan McNabb at a ridiculous rate, so who knows what is really going on in the Washington front office.
