1. Andre Johnson/Texans- While the Texans offensive line is still average, it doesn’t take Johnson long to get open. Whether it’s deep downfield or running a 10 yard out, Johnson can make the play and score a touchdown. With a healthy Matt Schaub at QB, Johnson should be considered an early first round pick in your fantasy draft.

2. Brandon Marshall/Dolphins- The key here is Pennington staying healthy for the Fish. Marshall should be good for at least double-digit touchdowns as long as Pennington is healthy and the running game is working.
3. DeSean Jackson/Eagles- Jackson is a threat to score on every possession from anywhere on the field. With Kevin Kolb at QB his numbers may decline a little bit, but he should still be considered a quality number one fantasy WR.
4. Larry Fitzgerald/Cardinals- Many would probably have Fitzgerald rated number two, but let’s not forget that there is no more Kurt Warner in town. With the potential QB’s being Matt Leinart, Derek Anderson, or rookie John Skelton, Fitzgerald’s numbers may decline a little bit.
5. Randy Moss/Patriots- Moss has been known to dog it at times, but as long as Tom Brady is throwing him the ball he has a chance at double-digit touchdowns and 1000 yards every year.
6. Reggie Wayne/Colts- Reggie Wayne just gets open. Whether it’s a five yard out or a 60 yard bomb Wayne still has the speed and experience to dominate.
7. Roddy White/Falcons- Roddy probably doesn’t get as much respect as he deserves playing out in Atlanta, but he is one of the NFL’s best over the last 3 seasons. He has averaged over 85 catches per year and over 1200 yards, and with 11 TD’s last year showed he is capable of putting up double-digit TD’s as well.
8. Chad Ochocinco/Bengals- Ochocinco could be better than last year, as QB Carson Palmer will be fully healthy and they finally have help at TE.
9. Wes Welker/Patriots- Welker is a great pick at anytime, but if you are in a PPR league it’s even better. His injury is not as bad as originally thought, and he should be back in plenty of time for the season.
10. Steve Smith/Giants- Smith may not put up the same numbers as last year, but he should still be a solid number one fantasy WR.
11. Calvin Johnson/Lions- Johnson has talent, and lots of it. If Stafford remains the starting QB Calvin will still be very good, but may not reach his true potential.
12. Sidney Rice/Vikings- Rice emerged as a serious scoring threat thanks to the presence of QB Brett Favre. Rice is on the upswing of his career and should be one of the top WR’s again this season.
13. Marques Colston/Saints- The Saints love to throw the ball, and Colston should again be the main beneficiary of the accuracy of Drew Brees. Colston and Rice are similar receivers and should both have good years.
14. Anquan Boldin/Ravens- With Flacco becoming better and an offensive line to protect him along with WR Derrick Mason on the other side, Boldin should have no problem getting at least 80 catches,1000 yards and more than 5 TD’s.
15. Donald Driver/Packers- Although Greg Jennings was supposed to be the number one WR last year, Driver again was the most productive WR in Green Bay. Driver is just as good now as he has ever been, and with Aaron Rodgers at QB should have no problem being a top 20 fantasy WR in 2010.
16. Hines Ward/Steelers- Even with QB Ben Roethlisberger suspended for the first 6 games, Ward should have no problem putting up good fantasy numbers. He has been one of the most consistent receivers in the league over the last decade and plays every down like it’s his last. Ward would be an excellent no. 2 WR on any fantasy team.
17. Santonio Holmes/Jets- With Mark Sanchez at QB you can’t expect the same kind of numbers as he has put up in the past, but it should be close. Holmes is worthy of a 2nd WR spot as well, and could potentially become a number 1 fantasy receiver.
18. Robert Meachem/Saints- Meachem exploded last season, and should be a reliable fantasy WR in 2010. Bress loves to throw the ball and does it better than most, and Meachem has the wheels to make every reception a big one.
19. Derrick Mason/Ravens- With an actual threat on the other side in Anquan Boldin, Mason should again be one of the best WR’s in the league. Mason is a good no.2 fantasy WR, but an even better no. 3 who can usually be drafted later than you would think.
20. Mike Wallace/Steelers- Someone’s going to take over for Santonio Holmes as the no.2 WR, and Wallace is the reason they weren’t afraid to trade him. After a pretty productive rookie season, Wallace should be a nice option for your fantasy team in 2010.
21. Steve Smith/Panthers- The Panthers still have no one that is as big of a receiving threat as Smith. He will still get his share of TD’s and catches no matter who is quarterbacking.
22. Greg Jennings/Packers- 2nd WR in Green Bay means having 1st WR numbers for many other teams. Jennings will be a great choice for your 2nd WR slot.
23. Santana Moss/Redskins- Moss is an under-rated player who knows how to produce. With McNabb now at QB, expect Moss to be a good value as a 2nd or 3rd fantasy WR.
24. Hakeem Nicks/Giants- Coming off of an outstanding rookie season, Nicks will see more playing time in 2010 and should start across from Steve Smith. Not only can he make some great catches, but he has a nose for the end zone as well.
25. Mike Sims-Walker/Jaguars- Sims-Walker may get better, but with no threat on the other side his numbers could suffer. While he may be the best WR the Jaguars have, you should consider him a good no.3 WR for your fantasy team.
26. Devin Hester/Bears- Hester is still a threat to take it to the house every time he catches the ball, and Cutler should be more comfortable this year as well. Worthy of a 3rd WR spot.
27. Josh Morgan/49ers- Morgan is one of those “3rd year WR’s” you’ll hear everyone talking. He has improved greatly over his first two seasons and could be someone to keep an eye on as long as David Carr or Alex Smith give him a chance.
28. Percy Harvin/Vikings- Of course a lot depends on Favre coming back, but my guess is still that he will, and in so doing give Harvin the chance to again put up at least 3rd WR caliber numbers for your fantasy football team in 2010.
29. Steve Breaston/Cardinals-Depending on who wins the QB battle in Arizona and how well they do, Breaston could be a bargain at a mid to late round pick With no Anquan Boldin around, Breaston has the potential to again break 1000 yards receiving.
30. Austin Collie/Colts- Collie proved that a rookie receiver actually can be productive, and should be just as good in 2010. It sure doesn’t hurt to have Peyton Manning throwing the ball to you either.
31. Jeremy Maclin/Eagles- If Desean Jackson doesn’t get by you, chances are Jeremy Maclin will. Even with a new QB running the show, Maclin should be a good fit if you need a 3rd WR late.
32. Devone Bess/Dolphins- He has been nothing but impressive in his first two seasons and could blossom now that Brandon Marshall is on the other side and Chad Pennington is healthy.
33. T.J. Houshmandzedah/Seahawks- Should be better because of more talent at the WR position and a healthy Matt Hasselbeck. Worthy of a 3rd WR slot on your fantasy roster.
34. Dwayne Bowe/Chiefs- When Bowe is on the field, he usually plays well. If he can just stay out of trouble and stay healthy, he could be a valuable player for your fantasy squad.
35. Nate Washington/Titans-Now in his 2nd year with the Titans and with Vince Young staring for the 2nd year in a row, Washington should have a good season and will be worthy of a late round pick who could start.
36. Pierre Garcon/Colts- The Colts are at times unstoppable, and Garcon is just another piece of the puzzle. Another player who will make some catches and has a chance to score some TD’s and has good potential as a late round draft choice.
37. Nate Burleson/Lions- Burleson is kind of a risk but has the potential to be a valuable player. He needs to show that he can stay healthy for an entire season, and the QB situation in Detroit still needs to show improvement, so Burleson is a real risk or reward type of player.
38. Mario Manningham/Giants-Manningham can be a risky pick as well since the Giants would love to get back to their running game, but he still has the chance to score some TD’s and catch some passes because of their depth. I don’t know if he’ll repeat last year’s performance, but he can get close.
39. Johnny Knox/Bears- As long as Cutler improves, Knox should again be a dangerous receiver who is a threat to score every time he touches the ball. Don’t expect great numbers, but he will score some TD’s and have big enough games that he should be worth starting at least once in a while.
40. (R)Golden Tate/Seahawks- Tate could be the spark the Seahawks needs to get their offense going again. It’s not out of the question that he could put up similar numbers to Knox or Houshmandzedah his teammate. Could be someone to take a chance on in the late rounds.
41. Lee Evans/Bills- Someone always takes Lee Evans way too early in a fantasy draft and I sit back and laugh. Evans will again take over the first WR role with the departure of Terrell Owens, but with a QB situation that is still unsettled, don’t expect anything more than 4th WR numbers out of Evans once again.
42. Jerricho Cotchery/Jets- While the addition of Braylon Edwards last year and Santonio Holmes this year is definitely a detriment to his ranking, Cotchery is important enough to the Jets offense to be a good 4th WR and possibly a 3rd.
43. Antonio Bryant/Bengals- Playing across from Ochocinco and having Carson Palmer throwing the ball should help Bryant have a decent year. He should be a decent late round pick that will solidify your bench and also be able to fill in as a starter.
44. Roy Williams/Cowboys- Williams will be a good 4th WR and will be able to start in spot duty. Now that he is in his 3rd year in Dallas and Romo is still the starter, the “Legend” may have left that status in Detroit, but can still be a useful fantasy player.
45. Michael Crabtree/49ers- With the Niners offense looking better and better, Crabtree should be able to provide some reliable fourth WR or worse numbers. I still wouldn’t count on him to be an every game starter, however.
46. Donnie Avery/Rams- Ditto for Avery. While he is still the best WR the Rams have, how many times Bradford is going to be able to get him the ball is in question. Don’t overestimate Avery’s value by taking him too early.
47. (R)DeMaryius Thomas/Broncos- With Brandon Marshall gone, Thomas has a chance to be at least as good as Eddie Royal and Jabar Gaffney, and could prove to be a nice pick late in the draft.
48. Michael Jenkins/Falcons- Jenkins is often over-looked, but can be a decent late round pick when looking for depth for your roster, especially in a PPR league. He will likely get at least 50 receptions once again, and could be a good bye week or replacement player.
49. Earl Bennett/Bears- Risky call considering Hester and Knox have the potential for better numbers, but you have to give Bennett credit for what he did last year. Bennett is another one of those 3rd year WR’s that you may want to take a chance on late.
50. Kenny Britt/Titans- Britt should only get better his second season in the league and could be a nice pick late in the draft.
51. Louis Murphy/Raiders- With Jason Campbell now at the helm, it may be beneficial to take a chance on Murphy late. He has a better QB and better offensive line and could have a chance to put up some decent numbers in 2010.
52. Mohamed Massaquoi/Browns- He may be the best the Browns have to offer, and should be better with Seneca Wallace at QB, so he may not be a bad late round pick.
53. Eddie Royal/Broncos- Another 3rd year WR, but Royal would probably like to have as good a year as his rookie season. Orton will likely spread the ball out rather than focusing on one WR, so Royal may have some ups and downs, but should be a decent pick to add depth to your roster.
54. Patrick Crayton/Cowboys- Crayton is not happy in Dallas and may not be there long. Depending on what happens he may move up or down, but Crayton is an under-rated commodity.
55. Jason Avant/Eagles- Avant can score some touchdowns, and the Eagles are still going to throw the ball, so Avant may not be a bad late round choice to add some depth as a fill in player.
56. Brian Hartline/Dolphins- It’s all about potential at this point, and with Pennington back and Marshall and Bess getting a lot of attention, Hartline can sneak in some scores and some good games as well.
57. Andre Caldwell/Bengals- Being a 3rd WR for the Bengals actually means something, and Caldwell should prove that once again. Even though they now have rookie Jermaine Gresham at TE, Caldwell should be worth a late round pick.
58. Jabar Gaffney/Broncos- The only way the Broncos will likely be able to compete is for Kyle Orton to use all of his weapons, and this is one of them. Gaffney has a chance to get a lot of receptions on any given Sunday, and could provide some depth for your team.
59. Chris Chambers/Chiefs- Chambers is a player who has the chance for multiple touchdown games, and that can be a valuable asset on certain Sundays.
60. Kevin Walter/Texans- Walter is not as consistent as you would like a starter to be, but having him as a sub on your fantasy football squad may not be a bad thing.
Of course these rankings will be adjusted as the preseason goes on, but I think even with these rankings you would be able to draft a pretty good team. Next up is the Top 15 Tight Ends, so be ready!
