Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Analysis: The Broncos have been on a role, and have deserved every win against quite a tough schedule. Josh McDaniels is proving to be what everyone expected him to be: a product of Bill Belicheck. Kyle Orton has made little mistakes against some great defenses this year, and the Broncos defense is lock down. Baltimore, on the other hand, has dropped three straight, and Joe Flacco is starting to slump. After what looked like a great year for the Ravens, seems to be turning into disaster
Prediction: Broncos 17, Ravens 10...Both teams can score, but its all about defense as the Broncos have to fight out another win.
Houston Texans (4-3) vs. Buffalo Bills (3-4)
Analysis: The Texans have been quite the surprise this year, as Matt Schaub has been impressive with that explosive offense. The Bills are terrible, but have somehow found a way to win two straight. Look for their streak of mediocrity to continue, as the Texans stay hot.
Prediction: Texans 28, Bills 10...Sure the Bills have shown flashes of brilliance against equally bad teams. But look for the Texans to gain some confidence after starting the season with a winning record for once.
Cleveland Browns (1-6) vs. Chicago Bears (3-3)
Analysis: The Browns have showed their typical tradition of being one of the worst teams in the league in every aspect. Their quarterback problem can't get any worse, and their defense has been, well, typical. The Bears were flat out embarrassed in Cincinnati, even though the Bengals have been playing well. The Bears must be wondering if Jay Cutler was worth the trouble.
Prediction: Bears 17, Browns 3...The Bears are back home and they still have a decent defense to match up with a crappy Brown offense.
Seattle Seahawks (2-4) vs. Dallas Cowboys (4-2)
Analysis: Dallas found their "mojo" against a good, young Atlanta Falcon team. Romo has found a new, legitimate target in Miles Austin, and the defense looked solid. The Seahawks, on the other hand, have struggled with a terrible offensive line. But if the Seahawks were to upset the 'Boys this week and Arizona loses, and with a weak NFC West, they might get themselves in a position to take the division.
Prediction: Cowboys 31, Seahawks 17...Don't count on Seattle upsetting the Cowboys, but count on a competitive game at least through the first half.
Miami Dolphins (2-4) vs. New York Jets (4-3)
Analysis: This is quietly the game of the week. New York is desperate to get back to its early ways after a win last week. Mark Sanchez has an opportunity to put himself on top of the other rookies for the "Rookie of the Year" award. The Dolphins NEED this win if they want to keep their playoff hopes alive. These young Dolphins had their heart ripped out, missing out on an opportunity to create the biggest upset of the regular season thus far. Let's see if they're psyche hasn't been completely broken.
Prediction: Dolphins 31, Jets 28...Seems hard to believe the Dolphins can pull out another one like they did three weeks ago against the Jets. But if the Dolphins win this one, they're playoff bound.
Indianapolis Colts (6-0) vs. San Francisco 49ers (3-3)
Analysis: Peyton Manning and the Colts are once again the quietest, unbeaten team of the season, hiding behind the shadows of the Saints and the Broncos. The Colts, once again, look sharp and poised to go deep into the playoffs. The 49ers, however, have fallen behind in the NFC west. They rallied late against the Texans last week after Alex Smith replaced Shaun Hill, throwing three touchdowns. The 49ers have a decent shot at upsetting the Colts and gaining back some ground, given Alex Smith has another great game and the Colts play terribly.
Prediction: Colts 28, 49ers 10....Don't expect for the Colts to mess up, and don't expect for Alex Smith to play as well as he did last game this week. Or ever again, for that matter.
New York Giants (5-2) vs. Philadelphia Eagles (4-2)
The Giants have lost any sense of confidence they had entering week 8. They've dropped two in a row after starting 5-0. The Eagles and the Cowboys are all of a sudden major contenders, making this a pivotal game for both Giants and Eagles alike. Should the Eagles win, they regain glory and confidence along with the NFC East lead. Should New York win, they regain what they had lost the past couple weeks, which is a sense of legitimacy.
Prediction: Eagles 24, Giants 21...The Giants are on the wrong side of a slump against a rising Eagles team. Don't count on Philly missing this opportunity.
St. Louis Rams (0-7) vs. Detroit Lions (1-5)
Analysis: This is probably the least important and least predictable game of the week. The Rams are winless and the Lions might as well be winless. Both teams are considered to be the worst in the league. Basically, it comes down to the details. The Rams have played some tough teams while the Lions haven't played anyone of great importance. On the other hand, the Rams are in the weakest division in the league. It's a toss up.
Prediction: Rams 17, Lions 10...You'd have to think the Rams are going to get a win at some point. It might as well be against the Lions.
Oakland Raiders (2-5) vs. San Diego Chargers (3-3)
Analysis: It's hard to believe the Chargers are once again in a tough position to start the year. The team has some major motivation issues, the only thing that's stopping this talented team from becoming an elite contender. The Raiders have exhibited their typical standard of mediocrity. Raider fans need to start realizing that Jamarcus Russel is a waste of even a third round pick. The Chargers are coming off a big win against a bad team, while the Raiders are coming off a terrible loss to a "not-too-bad" team.
Prediction: Chargers 35, Raiders 14...The Chargers showed what they can do to a team like the Chiefs. The Raiders aren't too far from the Chiefs in terms of rankings of bad teams. Look for the Chargers to make another statement through this one.
Jacksonville Jaguars (3-3) vs. Tennessee Titans (0-6)
Analysis: The Titans are perhaps the best winless team through six games for at least the past decade. Their losses, however, tell a different tale, as they continue to get embarrassed week in, week out. Now that Vince Young is the starting quarterback, expect the Titans to have a confidence boost. Kerry Collins wasn't doing great but it wasn't his fault that the Titans are winless. The Jaguars have awaken, after looking like another team that would stick to the bottom of the league. The Jaguars are getting hot at a good time.
Prediction: Titans 17, Jaguars 14...The Titans are desperate for a win and Vince Young might be the answer. At the very least, the team gets a confidence boost with him at QB. At the very most, he leads the team to a winning season.
Minnesota Vikings (6-1) vs. Green Bay Packers (4-2)
Analysis: The Vikings were grounded after flying through the first six weeks of the season. The tremendous Pittsburgh defense kept Brett Favre and Adrian Peterson, arguably the best RB in the league, to a minimum. The Packers have been streaking, and Aaron Rodgers has been his great, as usual. But obviously, there's more to the storyline then how both teams are playing. Brett Favre is going back to Lambeau Field, where the legend started his career. Who knows how the fans will react. I guarantee, there will be tears.
Prediction: Packers 35, Vikings 31...Brett Favre will play with passion. But the emotion will get to him. That will be the Vikings' downfall.
Carolina Panthers (2-4) vs. Arizona Cardinals (4-2)
Analysis: A rematch of last year's divisional playoffs, where Jake Delhomme showed the world just how terrible he is, this game will show us just how motivated the Cardinals are, or just how bad the Panthers are. The Panthers have shown flashes of life this season but the Cardinals are coming alive. Sure, the Cardinals are probably in the weakest division in the NFL, but their defense is one of the best in the league. However, look for the Cardinal offense to explode.
Prediction: Cardinals 38, Panthers 21...Panthers will stay competitive early, but the Cards have too many weapons to not pull away at some point.
Atlanta Falcons (4-2) vs. New Orleans Saints (6-0)
Analysis: The Saints are looking alot like those undefeated Patriots, putting up big points and winning by double digits. The Dolphins came close to derailing this train out of hell, but the Saints awoke from quite a slumber, crushing the Dolphins' hopes of being the first team to beat the Saints. Drew Brees is the best quarterback in the league, and now the defense hasn't been too bad either. The Falcons, on the other hand, are coming off of a big loss against the Cowboys. Matt Ryan has been solid, but we'll see how well they do after such a tough loss last week. It's important to know that the Saints are heavy favorites this week.
Prediction: Falcons 31, Saints 27...This is my upset of the week. The Falcons are a good young team. Another reason I picked the Falcons over the Saints is because they're division rivals. No one knows how to beat a team more than one who is in the same division as them, scouting them game in and game out. Plus, I'm sure the Falcons were watching that Dolphins/Saints game, and might have learned a thing o
