EPL Week 37 Predictions: Premier League Picks, Key Players and Fixtures
In previous years, Liverpool against Chelsea has been a key fixture in determining where the Premier League title may end up.
Manchester City have already wrapped up the championship in 2017-18, but there is still huge significance in the Reds' trip to Stamford Bridge on Sunday in Week 37 as a defeat would put their top-four prospects in jeopardy.
Elsewhere, there are vital clashes for Swansea City and Southampton at Bournemouth and Everton, respectively, ahead of their mammoth relegation-battling clash on May 8.

Eden Hazard, Chelsea
Chelsea have long looked to be out of the race for the top four, but a drop in league form by Liverpool has given them the sniff of a chance to qualify for the UEFA Champions League next season.
The Reds have dropped four points in their last two games with draws against West Bromwich Albion and Stoke City, meaning if Chelsea beat Jurgen Klopp's men and win their game in hand against Huddersfield Town three days later, the two sides will head into the final day of the season tied on points.

It is understandable Liverpool's domestic form has declined recently as they have had Champions League matches to contend with, and they could have confirmed their spot in the final by the time they visit west London.
But it means the Merseyside outfit are vulnerable, and Eden Hazard will be the key to unlocking Liverpool's defence if the Blues are to win on Sunday.
The Belgium international didn't score in Chelsea's 1-0 win at Swansea on Saturday, but he was the Blues' brightest spark by some distance in a match that turned into something of a struggle.
Liverpool visit AS Roma in midweek for the the second leg of their Champions League semi-final on Wednesday, while Chelsea have a week off.
Klopp's men could well be fatigued for Sunday's match at Stamford Bridge, and if Hazard is at his sparkling best, the Reds' defence may struggle to contain him.
Dusan Tadic, Southampton

Southampton looked dead and buried not so long ago, but their 2-1 victory over Bournemouth on Saturday—their first win in nine—has given them a genuine chance of escaping relegation.
Mark Hughes' side are still in the drop zone but are now just one point behind Swansea, and both sides have three matches left to play.
The upcoming fixture between Swansea and Saints may now be a relegation-decider, and it could be crucial who goes into the match ahead in the league table.
Another victory for Southampton when they visit Everton on Saturday evening could lift them out of the relegation zone with two games remaining.
The key man for them will be Dusan Tadic, who netted both goals against the Cherries to add to his season tally, per Squawka:
Goals have been hard to come by for Saints this term, they have netted only 35 times in 35 matches.
But if Tadic can use the momentum from last time out to find the net again against the Toffees, he could yet help his side to remain in the Premier League for another season.
