Fantasy Football Week Seven: Why Are These Guys Still Owned?
(Reggie Bush has been a disappointment.)
Like most fantasy football writers and owners, I read and write every article known to man. Some of them are helpful, some of them are for fun, and some of them are flat-out funny.
But why isn't there one out there that singles out the guys that seemingly everyone owns, but shouldn't ?

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Remember last year, when Braylon Edwards and Torry Holt were stinking it up, yet your buddy sitting in second to last place kept holding out hope for them? Yeah, if you can believe it, that sad display of prayer and wishful thinking happens every year.
And this year is no exception.
The following list shows you 10 guys who are owned in over 50 percent of Yahoo! leagues, and to be frank, really shouldn't be.
1. Terrell Owens, WR, Buffalo Bills (Owned in 90 percent of Yahoo! leagues)
Season Stats: 6 Games, 15 rec, 215 yds, 1 TD
Owens hasn't caught more than four passes in a game all season, and scored his only touchdown all the way back in Week Two. He was even held without a catch in week three for the first time since his rookie season.
He has a big name, but there's nothing to suggest Owens should be on anyone's roster, much less in their starting lineup.
2. Willis McGahee, RB, Baltimore Ravens (86 percent)
Season Stats: 6 Games, 202 rush yds, 5 TD, 8 rec, 58 yds, 2 TD
Yes, on the outer surface, McGahee is a touchdown fiend, as he has already matched last year's total and has seven scores on the season.
But he clearly has given way to Ray Rice as the full-time starter, and hasn't been even remotely effective in three straight games. Thirteen rush attempts for 12 yards during that stretch tells you people are putting way too much stock in his scoring ability.
Oh, by the way, he only has one score in his last three games, as well.
3. Reggie Bush, RB, New Orleans Saints (80 percent)
Season Stats: 5 Games, 165 rush yds, 2 TD, 15 rec, 128 yds, 0 TD, 0 Return TD
Find out who the guy is, and let the guys who owns Bush in your league know that he's a sucker. Yes, Bush's value was solid when the season started, but after the first three weeks, his owners should have started to know better.
Bush is third on the RB food chain in New Orleans, at best, and is not being utilized in the passing game as he has in the past. Perhaps Sean Payton is saving him for the playoffs?
4. Roy Williams, WR, Dallas Cowboys (80 percent)
Season Stats: 4 Games, 11 rec, 214 yds, 1 TD
Williams started the season off with a bang, recording 86 yards and a score, but much like the rest of the Cowboys' passing offense, he has fizzled of late.
Throw in an ineffective Tony Romo (until recently), and a rib injury, and you've officially got a waste of space.
Austin Miles taking over for Patrick Crayton at the No. two receiver spot could spice things up, but Williams still doesn't deserve a roster spot based on 2009's resume.
5. Darren Sproles, RB, San Diego Chargers (78 percent)
Season Stats: 5 Games, 98 rush yds, 1 TD, 16 rec, 201 yds, 1 TD
While Sproles still has some value in leagues that reward return yards and scores, his overall fantasy value is almost completely gone.
LaDainian Tomlinson is back as the full-time starter after Sproles wasn't getting it done with a weak 2.4 yards per carry, and now the franchise-tag running back is struggling for touches in games.
With just three total touches for 20 yards in his past two games, it may be time to cut your ties with Sproles.
