Police Called After Man Showed Up at Dorm to Give Kansas Free-Throw Advice
Police arrived at the Kansas University men's basketball dorm Wednesday to respond to a complaint of a man repeatedly showing up to offer "free-throw advice."
According to Sara Shepherd of the Lawrence Journal-World, the man had already left by the time police showed up, although he may have resurfaced one more time after police departed.
Shepherd reported police initially didn't plan to file a trespassing report, and it wasn't immediately clear who the man was attempting to talk to during his repeated visits.

In the wake of the Jayhawks' 85-80 loss to the Oklahoma Sooners on Tuesday, Shepherd speculated the man may have been trying to communicate with sophomore center Udoka Azubuike.
Azubuike made just one of his eight free throws in the game, and he missed all six of his attempts in the final 3:37 of the contest, when Oklahoma tactically fouled him multiple times.
While Azubuike is enjoying a strong statistical season with 14.2 points and 7.7 rebounds per game, and a field-goal percentage of 77.4 percent, he is shooting just 38.1 percent from the free-throw line.
