Romelu Lukaku Stretchered off vs. Southampton with Apparent Head Injury

The striker was treated on the pitch for a full five minutes before eventually being carried off and replaced by Marcus Rashford, per the Mirror's David McDonnell:
The Old Trafford crowd gave the 24-year-old a standing ovation as he left the field wearing an oxygen mask, as shown by Indy Football:
Sam Wallace at the Telegraph said the striker was being assessed and could go to hospital:
Lukaku is Manchester United's top scorer this season with 14 goals already in all competitions.
He had earlier missed a chance to add to his tally, after just four minutes of the game, as he headed a cross from Juan Mata over the bar when well placed.
Lukaku has started every Premier League game this season for United and, speaking ahead of the match, manager Jose Mourinho had said he was "tired" but that he would not rest him, per BBC Sport.
Journalist Kristof Terreur illustrated just how much football Lukaku has played recently:
After the match Mourinho said that he expected Lukaku to be out for at least another two matches, per Goal's Kris Voakes:
That would rule the striker out of Monday's trip to Goodison Park to face his former team Everton and the FA Cup clash with Derby County.
Rashford will be expected to take the place of Lukaku as Mourinho also said that striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is out for a month, per BBC Sport.
