Bayern Munich vs. AC Milan: Score and Reaction from 2017 ICC
AC Milan turned on the style at the Longgang Stadium in Shenzhen, China to beat Bayern Munich 4-0 on Saturday in the International Champions Cup.
Milan flew out of the traps in this one, with goals from Franck Kessie and Patrick Cutrone giving them an early advantage; the latter grabbed his second before the break, with the German champions in disarray in defence.
Leonardo Bonucci was introduced at half time for the Serie A outfit, along with a clutch of other new signings. They were able to help the Rossoneri comfortably see out the win, with Hakan Calhanoglu adding a fourth late on.
The Serie A side have been extremely proactive in the summer transfer window and their supporters got a glimpse of what some of their new acquisitions will offer in the coming campaign.

That was after Ricardo Rodriguez burst down the left flank in the 14th minute and pulled the ball back for Kessie. The young midfielder did well to adjust his stride and finish well into the corner. As noted by journalist David Amoyal, the new acquisition has looked a force in pre-season:
"So far in pre season Kessie' has looked like the midfielder that was crushing Serie A before he left for Africa Cup- great sign for Milan

With momentum behind them, Milan didn’t stop there. Rodriguez was once again the provider in the 25th minute, as he whipped in a teasing free-kick into the penalty area from the left flank.
Cutrone, just 19, was the first man to it and was able to steer the ball into the corner. The Milan section of the stadium went wild and their team was cruising.
Bayern, by contrast, were looking uncharacteristically static all over the pitch and as noted by the team’s official Twitter feed, things got even worse with the injury of Juan Bernat:
With their lead intact, Milan started to enjoy themselves and Cutrone, in particular, was causing a lot of problems with his movement.
Bayern failed to pick him up again a couple of minutes before half time, as the Serie A side put together another flowing move. Giacomo Bonaventura escaped down the left flank, before squaring an inch-perfect pass into the youngster’s path. He made no mistake with the goal gaping.

The Everything Milan Twitter account was understandably enjoying the display from the men in red and black:
At half time the Rossoneri made a flurry of changes, with new signings Andre Silva, Lucas Biglia, Andrea Conti, Calhanoglu and Bonucci introduced into proceedings. Here’s a look at the latter in his new club colours, per 101 Great Goals:

Unsurprisingly, the flurry of activity meant that the game did slow down a little in the second period. Bayern boss Carlo Ancelotti sought to spark his attack into life with the introduction of James Rodrguez and Renato Sanches.
Still, chances were scarce for Bayern as they tried to battle back, with Corentin Tolisso going close after being set up by Robert Lewandowski.

Milan were in control throughout this one, though, and in the end, were able to put the gloss on a fine performance in the 85th minute. Calhanoglu showed how much of a threat he can be around the penalty area, lashing home a fine strike after some neat dribbling.
Bayern will be looking to bounce back from this defeat when they meet Chelsea on Tuesday. Milan will face Universitatea Craiova on Thursday in their UEFA Europa League qualifier.
