MLB All Star Voting 2017: Predictions for AL and NL Starting Rosters
In just a few days, Aaron Judge's coronation should be complete.
The slugging New York Yankee rookie outfielder is the leading vote-getter for the American League in the All-Star Game balloting with just a few days to go, and he will almost certainly earn a start in the Midsummer Classic at Marlins Park, Florida, July 11.
Judge would still be in a strong position, but he might not be leading if Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout had not been injured in May.

Judge is in a tight race with Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals for most votes overall. The National League superstar is leading the way with 3.6-plus million votes, while Judge has accumulated more than 3.4 million votes.
Voting for the All-Star Game ends at 11:59 p.m. Thursday, and the results will be announced Sunday July 2 at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN. Here's a look at the American League and National League voting results through Monday.
Trout is second in voting among American League outfielders with more than 2.5 million votes, but torn ligaments in his left thumb will prevent him from playing. George Springer of the Houston Astros is third and Michael Brantley of the Cleveland Indians is fourth.
However, Avisail Garcia of the Chicago White Sox, Mookie Betts of the Boston Red Sox, Jose Bautista of the Toronto Blue Jays and Carlos Beltran of the Houston Astros all have more than one million votes and still have a chance to earn a starting spot.
Eric Hosmer of the Kansas City Royals and Justin Smoak of the Blue Jays are in a tight race at first base, while Jose Altuve of the Astros is in firm control at second base over Starlin Castro of the Yankees.
Shortstop Carlos Correa of the Houston Astros has a lead of nearly 600,000 votes over Francisco Lindor of the Cleveland Indians.
There appears to be a changing of the guard at third base where Miguel Sano of the Minnesota Twins leads Jose Ramirez of the Indians. Josh Donaldson of the Toronto Blue Jays and Mike Moustakas of the Kansas City Royals are in third and fourth, respectively.
Moustakas' teammate, catcher Sal Perez appears to be in line for his fifth straight All-Star Game. Gary Sanchez of the Yankees is in second, but Perez has a lead of more than 750,000 votes.
In the National League, Charlie Blackmon of the Colorado Rockies has more than 3.1 million votes and will almost certainly start along with Harper in the outfield. Marcell Ozuna of the Miami Marlins, Jason Heyward of the Chicago Cubs, Ben Zobrist of the Cubs, Giancarlo Stanton of the Marlins and Matt Kemp of the Atlanta Braves all have more than one million votes and are in contention for the third outfield starting spot.
Ryan Zimmerman of the Nationals has a slight lead over Anthony Rizzo of the Cubs at first base, while Zimmerman's teammate Daniel Murphy has a huge lead at second base over Javier Baez of the Cubs.
Kris Bryant of the Cubs has a slight lead over Nolan Arenado of the Colorado Rockies at third base, while Zack Cozart has the edge over Corey Seager of the Los Angeles Dodgers at shortstop.
Buster Posey of the San Francisco Giants has a big lead over Willson Contreras of the Cubs at the catcher position, and he appears to be a certain starter.
