Bray Wyatt's Best Feuds and Predictions After Win vs. Randy Orton
The year 2017 so far has been a roller-coaster ride for Bray Wyatt, having some of the biggest highs and the worst lows of his career.
Everything started off in fantastic fashion as his minion, Randy Orton, won the Royal Rumble, followed by Wyatt himself winning his first WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber.
Sadly for him, a nosedive was quickly coming as The Viper struck, literally setting Wyatt's world afire, desecrating Sister Abigail's resting grounds and taking the WWE Championship from him.

Some consolation can be taken with his win over Orton in the House of Horrors match at Payback, but that fight didn't quite get over with audiences as well as it could have if it had been executed better.
Currently, Wyatt is far from rock bottom, but at the same time, he is nowhere near the top of the mountain.
When the chips are down, you can subscribe to two philosophies: either sit and wallow in your losses and accomplish nothing, or think more positively about how the only direction to go from there is up.
This week on Monday Night Raw, Wyatt had a little chat with Kurt Angle regarding his plans for the future and his quest for dominance and power.
It's impossible to know what's going on in the mind of a madman, but based off the current Raw roster and some potential interesting feuds, what is possibly in store for The Eater of Worlds over the next few months?
Finn Balor
The most obvious feud being set up right now is one against Finn Balor, which anybody could have guessed was in the lineup going back to immediately after the Superstar Shake-Up.
These two have been part of a fantasy feud scenario ever since Balor came on to the scene with the Demon Balor persona, as any time you get a new supernatural character in WWE, fans want to pair them up.
Since The Undertaker and Kane are off limits, Wyatt is the next-best option for someone mystical and otherworldly to square off against The Demon, as the entrances alone will get the crowd invested.

Oddly, just because there are parallels doesn't mean this will necessarily be a fantastic program. In fact, it may turn out to be quite awful.
Wyatt's strengths are predominantly in his promos—as repetitive and nonsensical as they may get from time to time—whereas that is something Balor can struggle with.
It's both a win and a lose scenario when it comes to the face paint, as fans will be clamoring for it—which means it's a good idea to hold off until a pay-per-view to bring it back—but in the meantime, Balor in a leather jacket feuding with Wyatt just doesn't have the same impact.
In-ring chemistry could go either way to hurting or helping this feud, too, as some wrestlers just don't have the ability to mesh well together.
Despite any negatives that may come up, this is a feud that is a necessity, and it appears WWE is going headfirst into it rather than holding off and trying to save it for WrestleMania 34.
Seth Rollins
Outside of a momentary tease for a hot minute, Wyatt has never been a babyface on the roster, so since Seth Rollins has predominantly been a heel, there weren't many times these two could have clashed—particularly if their injuries are factored in.
Yes, they did face off a few times when The Wyatt Family and The Shield were feuding with each other, but that was as parts of two bigger units rather than handling the focus entirely themselves, which is an entirely different dynamic.

Now that Rollins is a fan favorite and Wyatt wants to wreak havoc on Raw, their paths will inevitably cross as one of the bigger feuds of the year.
Ideally, this would take place around the fall and winter months to allow Wyatt's feud with Balor to breathe and conclude at an event like SummerSlam before the two move on to other things.
Likewise, Rollins will need to finish his program with Samoa Joe in the meantime, as that is clearly not over.
As far as the potential of the feud goes, it all depends on whether WWE wants something different or just a trustworthy standard "two people seem to be fighting a lot lately" setup.
Most likely Wyatt will be cutting promos about how Rollins is no kingslayer and The Architect was blasphemous for saying he would rebuild and reclaim, while Wyatt will be the architect of his destruction and so forth.
Essentially, one can rinse and repeat any Wyatt feud from the past few years and then it boils down to their intensity in the ring and whether there's more to say in future promos or if they waste it all building up to their first encounter.
Broken Matt Hardy
Is there any question whatsoever that this has to happen? Of course not.
However, there are some tricky issues that need to be sorted out before this feud can come to fruition.
Currently, The Wyatt Family is disbanded and the leader is flying solo, left without any followers to his cause.
If he still had his crew, the go-to team for The Wyatt Family to feud wouldn't be The Hardy Boyz, either. Rather, it would make more sense for Sanity to pose a greater threat, despite not being on the main roster.
The reason for The Hardy Boyz being overlooked is that WWE is playing coy with whether they are able to allow the Broken Matt Hardy character to be on screen in all its glory.

Since they are still just Team Xtreme and Wyatt has no tag team partner, it's best to keep these entities separate for now.
In the future, though, let's assume WWE has the rights to play with the more eccentric version of Matt Hardy with or without Jeff Hardy even being factored into the mix.
Broken Matt Hardy versus Bray Wyatt could lead to the most insane vignettes and promos WWE has put on in years, and as evidenced by the House of Horrors match, the company has at least some interest in exploring this possibility.
This isn't an "if" so much as it is a "when" considering legal rights and timing are the only things that could get in the way of this feud happening.
While it may not go down for a long while—many months down the road—it seems crazy to think WWE won't put these two together just to see what magic they can make.
Temporarily Revisiting Old Feuds
Simply by sheer proximity, it's hard to imagine Wyatt won't touch base with a few former feuds he's had over the years by wrestling Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns here and there.
Hopefully, since Wyatt has had prolonged storylines with both men, WWE recognizes it might be frustrating and boring to see much time invested in watching a rerun of what has already been done.
More so, Wyatt should be interacting with Ambrose and Reigns through random tag team matches on Raw as opposed to actually starting another multi-match series with either of them, as they've already span the gamut on gimmicky fights to squash their beef.
In a different way, though, it could be a good idea to see Wyatt rekindle an antagonism with Brock Lesnar.
Previously, a match between the two was building up, but the end result was Lesnar tearing Luke Harper apart while Wyatt stood off on the sidelines.
What's tricky here is that both Lesnar and Wyatt are firm heels, and unless WWE was willing to play around with one of them going in as the babyface of the two, it's hard to think one of Lesnar's few appearances will be spent on Wyatt rather than Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, Braun Strowman and others.
Considering how short the feud would last—assuming it's for one pay-per-view and then over with, like everything else Lesnar does—it isn't too much of a stretch to think Wyatt could set his sights on the Universal Championship in the coming months.
Only time will tell what the future holds for Wyatt for the rest of 2017, but if WWE continues to play around with the character and give him the flexibility to stretch his wings with decent feuds like those above, it could be quite the year for Sister Abigail's best prophet.
What would you like to see happen with Wyatt next? Are there any feuds you're particularly looking forward to checking out?
