FIFA 17 Ultimate Team: FUT Team of the Week 30 In-Form Predictions, Pack Details
Eden Hazard is likely to headline the latest release of FIFA 17's Ultimate Team after scoring three goals in his last two games for Chelsea, and he could be one of several Premier League stars to feature in Team of the Week 30.
Hazard made a decisive contribution against Manchester City on Wednesday, April 5 as he scored both goals in the Blues' 2-1 win, and he scored again when Chelsea beat Bournemouth 3-1 on Saturday.
The Belgian could be joined by Heung-Min Son, who has produced three goals and an assist in his two matches since the last Team of the Week, while Phil Jagielka's goal and assist for Everton against Leicester City on Sunday could well earn him his first in-form card of the season.
Fraser Forster's heroics for Southampton as they beat West Bromwich Albion 1-0 could see him included between the sticks.
Read on for pack details and our attempt to predict who will star in Team of the Week 30 after some top performances over the last week.

Team of the Week 30 will be announced on Wednesday, April 12, at 3 p.m. BST (10 a.m. ET) and will be released into card packs at 6 p.m. BST (1 p.m. ET) later that day. Stats and ratings have been provided by FUTHead.com.
If a player's original rating is the highest available in bronze (64) or silver (74), his first in-form cannot feature an overall increase but will feature improved individual stats.
Eden Hazard, Chelsea
Hazard is well and truly back to his best this season—as demonstrated by his three IFs thus far—and he played a key role in two more wins for Chelsea as they edge ever closer to the Premier League title.
The winger benefited from a little good fortune against City as his first goal came via a deflection and the second was a rebound from his own saved penalty, but he nevertheless made a match-winning contribution.

On Saturday, he ran Bournemouth ragged and netted Chelsea's second when he rounded Artur Boruc to score.
ESPN FC's Liam Twomey hailed his performance:
With two excellent performances under his belt, Hazard seems a shoo-in for a TOTW spot on Wednesday.
His most recent 93-rated IF from TOTW 21 already boasts four stats in the elite bracket above 90—pace, shooting, passing and dribbling—and they'll get even better with another improved card.
Heung-Min Son, Tottenham Hotspur
Like Hazard, Son had two attempts to shine since the last TOTW was released and took both opportunities.
A close-range finish helped Tottenham Hotspur complete their late comeback against Swansea City on April 5 to win 3-1, earning the praise of Spurs writer Chris Miller:
He put in an even better showing on Saturday, teeing up Dele Alli for Tottenham's opener against Watford before a powerful effort and well-taken half-volley helped put the game to bed, with Eric Dier also scoring to in the 4-0 victory.

The Korean took his Premier League tally to 11 goals and to 18 in all competitions in what has been a largely excellent campaign.
Son's last card—an 87-rated Man of the Match effort added after his FA Cup hat-trick against Millwall in March—already featured a 91 shooting stat, and that's likely to get even better after his most recent exploits.
His 89 dribbling could surpass the much-sought 90 mark, while his 84 passing could receive a healthy boost to make him an even more effective creator for players who own him.
Federico Fazio, Roma
Federico Fazio put in a standout performance as Roma beat Bologna 3-0 at the weekend.

The Argentinian broke the deadlock when he lashed home from a corner, and helped the Giallorossi keep a clean sheet.
Per WhoScored.com, he also won a tackle and two aerial duels, as well as making three interceptions and eight clearances.
As a result, he featured in WhoScored's Serie A team of the week:
Unfortunately for Fazio, his severe lack of pace—his 80-rated Winter Upgrade card features a base stat of just 32 in that department—limits his usefulness on FIFA 17, where speed is a highly important attribute.
Nevertheless, he's fully deserving of an upgrade in TOTW 30, and his defensive and physical stats should somewhat compensate, particularly for players who adopt the approach of sitting deep and reducing the space behind their defence.
